Matt Gregg is the owner of Bio-One of Asheville. Matt, a native of Asheville, earned a Bachelor of Science in Business from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Master of Business Administration from Wake Forest University. Previously, Matt worked for both DirecTV and DISH Network, and most recently he was the General Manager at a successful Ford dealership where he was recognized as one of Automotive News' Top 40 under 40 in 2018. Upon discovering Bio-One, Matt and his wife Krista knew this was a perfect match for their true passion of helping and serving the Western North Carolina and Upstate South Carolina communities. With compassion, diligence and professionalism, Matt is ready 24/7 to help community members who are in their greatest time of need.

I received a call back from this company within 10 minutes at 8 PM. They came out the first thing the next morning to look at my mold problem, as promised. Before they arrived they sent me a text to let me know they were on their way. They arrived right on time! They came in and gave me an estimate and were professional. I knew I wanted them to do the job. When they came back today to remove the mold, I couldn’t have asked for a nicer person. The mold was removed and all dirty materials taken from my home. I would highly highly highly recommend this business if you need mold remediation.

Bio-One handled a house for us that had issues with mold, vermin, and other bio-hazards. They worked well and professionally, were knowledgeable about the cleaning and structure as well as many recovered items, and were able to recover items of value that we would never have found ourselves. I can't say enough about Krista and Matt with Bio-One! With a rental that was left in complete disarray after I had to evict, it was quite overwhelming to say the least. Matt & Krista quickly responded and gave me the peace of mind I desperately needed. They quickly removed all the debris and junk and sanitized the house to where I almost didn't recognize it. Bio-One was incredibly helpful when my father passed away at his home. I called them very late in the evening, expecting to get a voicemail, and got a live person who was extremely kind and empathetic and he got me connected with the person that schedules and coordinates and they came out the very next day. They were considerate and respectful while they were at the home and they actually handled all the paperwork of filing the claim with the homeowners insurance for flooring that needed to be removed. I honestly can’t say enough about how wonderful they were to work with. I would highly recommend their service to anyone in need.
