Alongside my team of nurse assistants, we visit the homes of elderly individuals to offer services including bathing, feeding, light housekeeping, and any necessary support to enable them to remain in their own homes rather than transitioning to a facility. In our work, we frequently encounter seniors facing challenges like hoarding, mold, or cat odor issues. Securing a reliable company to address these matters proved to be a significant challenge. I don't think anyone ever thinks about needing biohazard cleanup until you do, and then it's a strange thing to have to navigate and usually... not during a great time. I was so blown away by the outcome - a situation I thought may be unfixable is now not only habitable but actually thoroughly clean, and has been restored to its original condition.
