Travis Nichols started Bio-One of Boise in 2017 after a career in outdoor specialty retail management with brands like Patagonia and KEEN. He studied construction management at Texas A&M before earning a Masters of Divinity and assisting in refugee resettlement through a non-profit he helped launch and direct. He has a beautiful wife, Ashley, and 3 growing girls, who would rather be in the mountains or on the river than in school! Travis enjoys connecting with customers and helping others through difficult situations.

I just want to say it bio one Boise Travis and his professionals were more than professional they were courteous kind and compassionate we had a tragedy in our family my little brother committed suicide and they came in and they took care of us completely while we were out of the house and they were doing their work they even took the time to do my mother's dishes because she was so distraught good good people thank you so much for your kindness and your compassion I would recommend you to anyone you went above and beyond everything. Travis at Bio One in Boise is amazing to work with he was great about answering questions and delivered peace of mind. We were closing on a home when an inspector discovered mold in the attic. We called 3 different companies to come out and bid the job. Bio-One was the only company that actually removed the mold properly & replaced the insulation once the mold was completely remediated that we contacted. We are now able to close on our remodel with the peace of mind knowing the people moving in are breathing clean air! Bio One was recommended to me as "the experts" for mold remediation. Although, this was out of the normal house call. We bought our first home a year ago. 1.5 months in we found a 3x8ft area of molding damaged boards that were missed during our home inspection. Having no funds for repairs but knowledge in fire and water restoration, we did the work ourselves. Recently, the home inspector that missed this damage lost in a court case that paved the way for hope of restitution. Even though Bio One knew they likely wouldn't get a "job" out of the trip, they made time in their schedule to take a look at our repair work to make sure nothing was missed. Thankfully, we passed! We truly appreciated their willingness to offer us a second set of eyes and their professional opinion. I would highly recommend this company for their professionalism, compassion, and integrity.
