Lordell and Mark were brothers in arms and both retired from the military with collectively over 44 years of active duty service between them. Lordell served as a First Sergeant, while Mark was primarily a medic. Both also fulfilled roles as workforce managers and counselors over a multitude of programs and personnel. Their goals and missions were the health, welfare and morale of their teams and to uplift and elevate everyone around them. Their passion and commitment to help people led them to opening Bio-One of Brandon. Lordell and Mark specialize in crime and trauma scene remediation, hoarding, and many other services but our priority is truly people first, business second.
I can't express enough gratitude for Lordell of Bio-One. Not only does he run an outstanding business, but he also showed immense kindness and support during a difficult time in my life. He was there for me when I needed it most, going above and beyond to offer assistance and comfort. We got damage after the last hurricane in Tampa.I left a message requesting restoration service and got a response within 12 hours. Mark and his team were on the property that afternoon and immediately assessed the damage and gave a start date. They were with us every step of the way. He couldn’t have been more kind and friendly, especially when speaking with my 85- year old mother, who was very confused by the whole situation. They did a wonderful job, and the communication about what they were doing and when cannot be beat!! I recommend Bio-One highly. It got to the point where Mark seemed like an old friend and that’s the kind of customer service that is lacking in so many businesses!!

Mark and bio one did amazing job for me! A family member of mine passed away in her house back in the fall. She had been I'm failing health both physically and mentally in the last few years. She was a hoarder and never threw anything out for quite a while. Needless to say the house was in total shambles. There was also dead animals in the house. It was a overwhelming sight to see. They responded very quickly . These guys did amazing job of cleaning it up! Two full dumpsters of house waste! They can handle any situation as far as I'm concerned! I highly recommend them!
