They removed a house full of junk and old furniture, including an upright piano, and disposed in dumpster. They found a lot, a lot of loose change, which they handed over to me. They cleaned out the kitchen cabinets, wiped down all the interiors and exteriors of cabinets, wiped down all appliances, counters, light fixtures, floors, walls, bathrooms. It was all done efficiently and with care in about a day and a half. They kept me posted on when they would be there and when they were leaving. Really professional and very nice crew

First, Ruth is amazing! Very compassionate and personable, with a beautiful spirit. The quick scheduling was mind blowing. I was not expecting the job to start two days after speaking with Ruth. Second, the entire team was considerate and communicated very well. Thanks Matt!! Blaze and the other young man, the young ladies were so efficient and thorough. (My apologies your names slipped my mind.) Finally, to say that I am satisfied with the work that was done would be an understatement. This was not an easy process for me as this was my childhood home filled with decades of memories. I cried, I laughed (when Matt killed the wasp nest!), I smiled. This amazing group of people did an awesome job cleaning out a whole-house hoarding situation, as well as numerous biohazards present in the house. Prompt, clear communication and understanding from our first call to Ruth, through four days of solid work by Ash, Matt, Nikki, Chloe, Joey and Blaze, to the final walk-through with Matt. Excellence is not a skill, it’s an attitude, and it was apparent in every interaction we had with every Bio-One team member. I was upset and felt defeated by the continued issues related to my sibling that had lapsed into hoarding as a result of his long-term mental illness. After searching the internet for help I found BIO-ONE. I hoped and prayed the service would help to remedy an absolute deplorable situation at his residence. BIO-ONE was prompt and met me for an estimate in less than 24 hours. Then scheduled the job within two days. It's hard for many to comprehend the heartache and mental impact on family members in relation to a hoarder. BIO-ONE went beyond all expectations in the deep cleaning and removal of trash/garbage (enough to fill a large dumpster) from the home. They were kind and understanding.
