Amazing group of people who are so incredibly professional and compassionate. Logan, Nikki, and Ash kept me updated throughout the entire process and were all so unbelievably helpful, I never felt embarrassed or shamed (Even my dogs loved them!) My family needed their services. They were absolutely amazing in every stage of the process. We also contacted ServPro to compare costs-they did not respond. In the meantime, Bio-One came onboard and accomplished the job less than 5 days of providing the quote. We still have yet to hear from ServPro. This crew is compassionate polite, professional and also took the time to make heart warming personal placements of knick knacks found throughout the house during their work. They nailed it.
