My nephew's house needed sanitizing after his covid death. We were very pleased with the job that was done. We felt safe (from covid germs) entering the houses. Thank you for answering all of our questions and alleviating all of our concerns!

I cannot say enough good things about Bio-One. What an exceptional company and professional team of people; Kyle, Nikki, Adam, Ruth. They came to my home and took care of a small but concerning situation for me. The team was very professional and on top of things. In the process of addressing my specific need, Adam took it upon himself to go the extra mile by vacuuming up some spider webs in the high ceiling of a small storage room while he was on a two-step step stool vacuuming off some high shelves. He did not have to do that, but I was very grateful and impressed that he took the time to remove them. And Bio-One definitely has the right team leader and front woman to get the job done in Ruth Reed. I was thoroughly impressed by her from our initial conversation. Ruth was and is a phenomenal communicator. She was very reassuring and calming, very knowledgeable, highly responsive to my questions and concerns (before and after her team came out). I definitely felt she understood and took seriously my worries and concerns from the start. I felt she was in it with me 1000% of the way. I wish every company was as customer-centric as Bio-One and the team that came to my home. They made me feel beyond valued as a customer. There are a lot of poor and mediocre service providers in the world....Service providers that don't understand customer service excellence, commitment, communication, follow up and integrity. But I can say without a doubt that Bio-One understands and exudes all of those qualities. Thank you, Bio-One! Thank you Kyle, Nikki and Adam for taking care of business. I was upset and felt defeated by the continued issues related to my sibling that had lapsed into hoarding as a result of his long-term mental illness. After searching the internet for help I found BIO-ONE. I hoped and prayed the service would help to remedy an absolute deplorable situation at his residence. BIO-ONE was prompt and met me for an estimate in less than 24 hours. Then scheduled the job within two days. It's hard for many to comprehend the heartache and mental impact on family members in relation to a hoarder. BIO-ONE went beyond all expectations in the deep cleaning and removal of trash/garbage (enough to fill a large dumpster) from the home. They were kind and understanding. The empathy that the team from BIO-ONE displayed was exceptional. I have dealt with quite a few service companies and never found such a spectacular group of professionals. They were timely, completed the entire job as contracted, and followed up with me personally. They were sympathetic to my sibling, who was also on the property during the process. I highly recommend BIO-ONE to anyone needing to have their home returned to a healthy and clean environment again. Very prompt service and great folks

Bio-One did an outstanding job in helping us declutter and clean after 40 years of accumulating "stuff." Ruth and her team were excellent and very professional as well as empathetic in helping us. Highly recommended.

First, Ruth is amazing! Very compassionate and personable, with a beautiful spirit. The quick scheduling was mind blowing. I was not expecting the job to start two days after speaking with Ruth. Second, the entire team was considerate and communicated very well. Thanks Matt!! Blaze and the other young man, the young ladies were so efficient and thorough. (My apologies your names slipped my mind.) Finally, to say that I am satisfied with the work that was done would be an understatement. This was not an easy process for me as this was my childhood home filled with decades of memories. I cried, I laughed (when Matt killed the wasp nest!), I smiled.
