Bio One is a professional organization of very human, compassionate people. They understand the business they’re in & the emotional issues that attach to many clean-up situations. I was so impressed with their services. I’ve been struggling with depression for a while now which ended up spilling over into “depression house”. I contacted BioOne and within hours of filling out their online contact form they had returned my email. A lead came out a couple days later to take a tour and give me a free estimate. She was so kind and compassionate, really taking the time to get to know me, my goals and what brought me to using their services. The next week they were ready to roll (though they totally could have started earlier had my work schedule allowed it). The whole crew was amazing. Kind, funny, and VERY hard workers!! You can definitely tell they all take this job as more of a calling than just a job. In 2 days they took my home from embarrassing depression house to a squeaky clean sanctuary. I am so incredibly grateful for this company and their fabulous team!!
