My family needed their services. They were absolutely amazing in every stage of the process. We also contacted ServPro to compare costs-they did not respond. In the meantime, Bio-One came onboard and accomplished the job less than 5 days of providing the quote. We still have yet to hear from ServPro. This crew is compassionate polite, professional and also took the time to make heart warming personal placements of knick knacks found throughout the house during their work. They nailed it.

Matt and his team did a wonderful job inside my home. I had inherited my recently deceased parents home and it wasn’t a pretty sight. Two elderly parents with health issues living in a rather large house was just too much for them to maintain. The team constantly communicated with me throughout the entire process, asking questions to make sure nothing was thrown away by mistake. They did a thorough deep clean that including bathrooms, dusting, removal of furniture, and so much more. When they were done, my parents home looked amazing!! I highly recommend using Bio-One. Once again, I would like to thank Matt and the team for an outstanding job on my home. It was definitely money well spent and I wouldn’t hesitate to use this company again if needed. 🙂

My family and I cannot speak highly enough of the Bio-One team! We unfortunately lost our Mother and Grandmother not too long apart, leaving my brother and I with two houses and no clue where to start. John and Jen took all of our worries away - from the very start! They helped us during an extremely emotional time to go through, organize, and donate all items in both houses in a respectful but timely manner! I must mention that they have a long list of outstanding charities for which they can donate items! The loss of our Mother was sudden and their team was very kind in helping us with the sentimental and emotional aspects of the project. We felt like we were going through things with family members. They are also extremely trustworthy! While my brother and I were dealing with funeral arrangements, they found a pretty good chuck of cash in one home and called us immediately. Bio One is a professional organization of very human, compassionate people. They understand the business they’re in & the emotional issues that attach to many clean-up situations. They did what they said they’d do, they did on time, & stayed in close communication. I hope not to need their services again, but I would call them if I did. Highly recommended.

I had a great experience with Bio-One. I needed to remove a persistent odor and, although the source of odor was not created by a traumatic event, Bio-One was the perfect team for the job! They removed the carpet, cleansed the air/space and offered additional recommendations for other ways to mitigate odor. I HIGHLY recommend Bio-One!

The Bio One crew is an amazing group of people. It was very difficult for me to reach out for help when my house had gotten completely overwhelming. I was so anxious about letting anyone see it, but from the first moment I met Jen, she put me at ease and it was a painless process from that point on. As soon as the crew showed up, they jumped right to work. I was extremely impressed with how hardworking they all were, and how sweet! They all chatted with me throughout the two days they were at my home and never made me feel like they were judging me for my mess! I actually miss having them here! lol If you find yourself in a situation where you need help getting your home back to a clean, safe condition, don't hesitate to contact Bio-One!
