My family and I cannot speak highly enough of the Bio-One team! We unfortunately lost our Mother and Grandmother not too long apart, leaving my brother and I with two houses and no clue where to start. John and Jen took all of our worries away - from the very start! They helped us during an extremely emotional time to go through, organize, and donate all items in both houses in a respectful but timely manner! I must mention that they have a long list of outstanding charities for which they can donate items! The loss of our Mother was sudden and their team was very kind in helping us with the sentimental and emotional aspects of the project. We felt like we were going through things with family members. They are also extremely trustworthy! While my brother and I were dealing with funeral arrangements, they found a pretty good chuck of cash in one home and called us immediately. I was upset and felt defeated by the continued issues related to my sibling that had lapsed into hoarding as a result of his long-term mental illness. After searching the internet for help I found BIO-ONE. I hoped and prayed the service would help to remedy an absolute deplorable situation at his residence. BIO-ONE was prompt and met me for an estimate in less than 24 hours. Then scheduled the job within two days. It's hard for many to comprehend the heartache and mental impact on family members in relation to a hoarder. BIO-ONE went beyond all expectations in the deep cleaning and removal of trash/garbage (enough to fill a large dumpster) from the home. They were kind and understanding. The empathy that the team from BIO-ONE displayed was exceptional. I have dealt with quite a few service companies and never found such a spectacular group of professionals. They were timely, completed the entire job as contracted, and followed up with me personally. They were sympathetic to my sibling, who was also on the property during the process. I highly recommend BIO-ONE to anyone needing to have their home returned to a healthy and clean environment again.
