The technicians who came out to fog for Covid in our home were informative, polite, questioned which parts of the house were high traffic area when quarantined, explained what they do to sanitize first and finish with the fog spray and how long it offered protection. They were in and out the length of time explained to me by the owner when he quoted the job. The thing that impressed me the most was the rapid phone call to me after I submitted an online form for a quote - less than 5 minutes and it was on a Sat afternoon after 3 pm when I found Bio-One Charlotte in a google search. Highly recommend John and his team !

My experience with Bio-One was really exceptional. I have been helping an elderly neighbor who had serious hoarding issues. She wanted help because the home had become hazardous, but was also very reluctant to part with everything she had accumulated. I called and spoke with Ruth, who was very compassionate and explained the options and process clearly. Ruth came out to the house, did a walkthrough, and gave an initial estimate which was in line with what I got from another hoarding remediation company I contacted. Ruth worked with us to provide as full a solution as was possible within our budget. When the team came out, they were very respectful and compassionate, and did an amazing job staying on-task without running over my neighbor or ignoring her wishes. They maintained excellent communication throughout the process, and there were a ton of little ways they made things easier and less traumatic for my neighbor. I really could not have been happier with the service and would highly recommend Bio-One.

My family and I cannot speak highly enough of the Bio-One team! We unfortunately lost our Mother and Grandmother not too long apart, leaving my brother and I with two houses and no clue where to start. John and Jen took all of our worries away - from the very start! They helped us during an extremely emotional time to go through, organize, and donate all items in both houses in a respectful but timely manner! I must mention that they have a long list of outstanding charities for which they can donate items! The loss of our Mother was sudden and their team was very kind in helping us with the sentimental and emotional aspects of the project. We felt like we were going through things with family members. They are also extremely trustworthy! While my brother and I were dealing with funeral arrangements, they found a pretty good chuck of cash in one home and called us immediately. Amazing group of people who are so incredibly professional and compassionate. Logan, Nikki, and Ash kept me updated throughout the entire process and were all so unbelievably helpful, I never felt embarrassed or shamed (Even my dogs loved them!) They all did such an amazing job and I am SO grateful for the service they completed in a very quick and efficient manner. Ruth’s communication throughout everything was stellar and she is such an amazing person. The entire process from the walkthrough to the cleaning was quick and simple. Thank y’all so much!
