They helped me tremendously. They were very efficient in getting all of my problem areas out of my home. They knew my main goal that I was after and helped me achieve it. They were available at any time for any questions and weren't judgmental. They did a 180 on my house and helped me overcome issues I wouldn't have been able to accomplish alone. Ruth & her crew are AMAZING! Beyond caring & considerate from the first phone call all the way to the very end!! The technicians who came out to fog for Covid in our home were informative, polite, questioned which parts of the house were high traffic area when quarantined, explained what they do to sanitize first and finish with the fog spray and how long it offered protection. They were in and out the length of time explained to me by the owner when he quoted the job. The thing that impressed me the most was the rapid phone call to me after I submitted an online form for a quote - less than 5 minutes and it was on a Sat afternoon after 3 pm when I found Bio-One Charlotte in a google search. Highly recommend John and his team !

I had a great experience with Bio-One. I needed to remove a persistent odor and, although the source of odor was not created by a traumatic event, Bio-One was the perfect team for the job!
