John and Jenn have been more than amazing!!! I had to call on their assistance for a very difficult time in my families life, they took on a job that was very involved and yet Not only have they been professional but also fulfilled the job with a very personable and caring way of helping like they were friends!!! I Highly recommend them!!!!!!

To lose a loved one in such a horrific manner is traumatizing, I will never get those images out of my head. I can’t imagine the further trauma cleaning something up like that would have caused. What an amazing team to come in and perform such a horrific task. Kyle helped me get everything scheduled and he stayed in touch throughout the entire thing. The young lady and gentleman (forgive me yall I forgot your names) who came into our home were so kind and comforting to me, words can’t even express how grateful I am to you all for helping us in our worst moment imaginable.

The technicians who came out to fog for Covid in our home were informative, polite, questioned which parts of the house were high traffic area when quarantined, explained what they do to sanitize first and finish with the fog spray and how long it offered protection. They were in and out the length of time explained to me by the owner when he quoted the job. The thing that impressed me the most was the rapid phone call to me after I submitted an online form for a quote - less than 5 minutes and it was on a Sat afternoon after 3 pm when I found Bio-One Charlotte in a google search. Highly recommend John and his team !

First, Ruth is amazing! Very compassionate and personable, with a beautiful spirit. The quick scheduling was mind blowing. I was not expecting the job to start two days after speaking with Ruth. Second, the entire team was considerate and communicated very well. Thanks Matt!! Blaze and the other young man, the young ladies were so efficient and thorough. (My apologies your names slipped my mind.) Finally, to say that I am satisfied with the work that was done would be an understatement. This was not an easy process for me as this was my childhood home filled with decades of memories. I cried, I laughed (when Matt killed the wasp nest!), I smiled. Thank you ALL for your hard work, thanks for letting me have my moments. You are very much appreciated! 🤗

My apartment was bad but Bio One solved my problem and even worked with me to pay it off. It seemed like the cavalry turned out to help there were so many people here. I felt no judgement whatsoever. I highly recommend this wonderful comapny
