I was so impressed with their services. I’ve been struggling with depression for a while now which ended up spilling over into “depression house”. I contacted BioOne and within hours of filling out their online contact form they had returned my email. A lead came out a couple days later to take a tour and give me a free estimate. She was so kind and compassionate, really taking the time to get to know me, my goals and what brought me to using their services. The next week they were ready to roll (though they totally could have started earlier had my work schedule allowed it). The whole crew was amazing. Kind, funny, and VERY hard workers!! You can definitely tell they all take this job as more of a calling than just a job. In 2 days they took my home from embarrassing depression house to a squeaky clean sanctuary. I am so incredibly grateful for this company and their fabulous team!!

The Bio One crew is an amazing group of people. It was very difficult for me to reach out for help when my house had gotten completely overwhelming. I was so anxious about letting anyone see it, but from the first moment I met Jen, she put me at ease and it was a painless process from that point on. As soon as the crew showed up, they jumped right to work. I was extremely impressed with how hardworking they all were, and how sweet! They all chatted with me throughout the two days they were at my home and never made me feel like they were judging me for my mess! I actually miss having them here! lol If you find yourself in a situation where you need help getting your home back to a clean, safe condition, don't hesitate to contact Bio-One! Very professional and helpful when a loved one passes with a filthy hoarding house. The owners and crew are compassionate in handling the cleanup, while helping to secure items for the family from mementos to valuables.
