John & Jenn's team were worth every penny. We had a traumatic event, walked into our mothers condo for the first time in a decade and it was absolutely disgusting. Layers of trash in every room. I won't go into details, but it was overwhelming and deemed unlivable. Three days later their team had the place looking amazing!!! It brought us to tears. Don't even think twice about it-- If you're in a place where you need this type of service these guys are AMAZING!!!!!!!! HIRE THEM!!!

I was upset and felt defeated by the continued issues related to my sibling that had lapsed into hoarding as a result of his long-term mental illness. After searching the internet for help I found BIO-ONE. I hoped and prayed the service would help to remedy an absolute deplorable situation at his residence. BIO-ONE was prompt and met me for an estimate in less than 24 hours. Then scheduled the job within two days. It's hard for many to comprehend the heartache and mental impact on family members in relation to a hoarder. BIO-ONE went beyond all expectations in the deep cleaning and removal of trash/garbage (enough to fill a large dumpster) from the home. They were kind and understanding. The empathy that the team from BIO-ONE displayed was exceptional. I have dealt with quite a few service companies and never found such a spectacular group of professionals. They were timely, completed the entire job as contracted, and followed up with me personally. They were sympathetic to my sibling, who was also on the property during the process. I highly recommend BIO-ONE to anyone needing to have their home returned to a healthy and clean environment again. They did an excellent job cleaning the house

They removed a house full of junk and old furniture, including an upright piano, and disposed in dumpster. They found a lot, a lot of loose change, which they handed over to me. They cleaned out the kitchen cabinets, wiped down all the interiors and exteriors of cabinets, wiped down all appliances, counters, light fixtures, floors, walls, bathrooms. It was all done efficiently and with care in about a day and a half. They kept me posted on when they would be there and when they were leaving. Really professional and very nice crew

Bio-One did a great job cleaning up a commercial space that was formerly used as a hookah bar. They were top notch to work with and were efficient. They did a great job removing old wood, appliances, and cleaning the space. If I need odor removal again I will come to them. Thank You Bio-One
