Bio-One cleaned one of our relatives hoarder house. What they did in 7 hours was beyond miraculous. I thought it would take days! They were quick and very efficient. We could not have asked for more. I was upset and felt defeated by the continued issues related to my sibling that had lapsed into hoarding as a result of his long-term mental illness. After searching the internet for help I found BIO-ONE. I hoped and prayed the service would help to remedy an absolute deplorable situation at his residence. BIO-ONE was prompt and met me for an estimate in less than 24 hours. Then scheduled the job within two days. It's hard for many to comprehend the heartache and mental impact on family members in relation to a hoarder. BIO-ONE went beyond all expectations in the deep cleaning and removal of trash/garbage (enough to fill a large dumpster) from the home. They were kind and understanding. They were timely, completed the entire job as contracted, and followed up with me personally. They were sympathetic to my sibling, who was also on the property during the process. The Bio One crew is an amazing group of people. It was very difficult for me to reach out for help when my house had gotten completely overwhelming. I was so anxious about letting anyone see it, but from the first moment I met Jen, she put me at ease and it was a painless process from that point on. As soon as the crew showed up, they jumped right to work. I was extremely impressed with how hardworking they all were, and how sweet! They all chatted with me throughout the two days they were at my home and never made me feel like they were judging me for my mess! This company is amazing and so is the staff. There are not enough words to describe how happy I am with the job they did. We had a awful cat urine odor and it seemed like there was no way to remove the odor. We contacted and hired Bio-One and the smell is gone. The work was amazing and the staff was so helpful. They walked us through the entire process. I would recommend them. They were very pleasing to work with. And I am so happy the odor is gone.
