First, Ruth is amazing! Very compassionate and personable, with a beautiful spirit. The quick scheduling was mind blowing. I was not expecting the job to start two days after speaking with Ruth. (My apologies your names slipped my mind.) Finally, to say that I am satisfied with the work that was done would be an understatement. This was not an easy process for me as this was my childhood home filled with decades of memories. I cried, I laughed (when Matt killed the wasp nest!), I smiled. Ruth & her crew are AMAZING! Beyond caring & considerate from the first phone call all the way to the very end!! I put my situation (inherited my house & all of my parents years of accumulated clutter) off for a very very long time due to the fear of being judged. Not a single person at Bio-One of Clt showed me (& my home) anything less than the utmost respect & compassion! The crew was beyond efficient & timely!! I HIGHLY recommend this company!

Bio- One did a great job with my Mom and Dad house. They cleaned and decluttered. Their house looks so much better now. All of the Bio- One employees were very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

The people were outstanding! Friendly, easy going. They asked where things went and what gets thrown. They removed four items of furniture, made the bed, moved a LOT of boxes, cleaned out the refrigerator, moved more boxes,swept and mopped, put up a new stand up fan, moved a lot of boxes of new small appliances. Overall it was the best. I'd like to thank the team for all they've done. They've helped me get my life back together. Thank you so much.

The Bio One crew is an amazing group of people. It was very difficult for me to reach out for help when my house had gotten completely overwhelming. I was so anxious about letting anyone see it, but from the first moment I met Jen, she put me at ease and it was a painless process from that point on. As soon as the crew showed up, they jumped right to work. I was extremely impressed with how hardworking they all were, and how sweet! They all chatted with me throughout the two days they were at my home and never made me feel like they were judging me for my mess!
