Where do I even BEGIN. These wonderfully amazing people helped me gain control of my Life back. 10 years of hoarding and they cleared my home out in 3 days. Every single one of them we’re compassionate and kind. They talked me through the process each step of the way. Ruth helped me gain my confidence back to push through all of this. Matt was so kind and thoughtful. Joey and I talked about dnd and video games and it felt nice to be able to Smile and laugh through a tough process. Blaze and Ashe were so kind and helped any time I had a question. I only got to meet John and Nikki once but they were so sweet and thoughtful towards my anxiety about everything. It was truly an honor to have all them by my side through this hardship. I hope they see this and realize how much this truly meant to me. After my father-in-law passed away, we were left with the daunting job of cleaning out his house and yard, both full of a lifetime of accumulated things. We met with John, one of the owners of Bio-One, and he immediately put our minds at ease. They were able to remove all items and clean the house so it was move-in ready in just 2 days. Not only were they very efficient and thorough, but every member of their team was extremely considerate and respectful. I can not say enough good things about them! And, I am so grateful that they were able to donate all my father-in-law's items that were still in good condition. I highly, highly recommend John, Jennifer, and the entire team.

Jen and John did an amazing job with helping to clean my mother's condo. They made suggestions/referrals where needed, and were the upmost professionals. I highly recommend their services.

They helped me tremendously. They were very efficient in getting all of my problem areas out of my home. They knew my main goal that I was after and helped me achieve it. They were available at any time for any questions and weren't judgmental. They did a 180 on my house and helped me overcome issues I wouldn't have been able to accomplish alone. They took a bunch of trash items to the landfill for me and recommended a new flooring company to work with as well. They have even answered numerous questions even after the job was completed. Thank you Jen and John so much for helping me through my transition! I greatly appreciate it! I would recommend them to friends and family and if I ever need them again, I won't hesitate to call.
