Bio one Chester county Just recently did a job for me. I had dogs that Peed on a concrete floor in the basement. Several other companies were not able to guarantee they could get the smell out. Bio one Was able to. They Took the smell out and were reasonably priced punctual and very friendly. I would definitely recommend Bio-one if you have any type of pet odor or any odor in general.

Recently contacted B/O regarding a potential mold issue in an out-of-area college apt. Tom was quick to provide options and remedies vs. opting for a highly expensive professional testing outfit. End result: Mold issue minimized. Healthier environment for all roommates. Savings of 1/2 the professional testing charge. The professional testing would not have SOLVED the problem. You can bet, Tom & Bio One will get the call (first) should another home or business environmental issue arise. Thanks Bio One Chester County!

5 Stars are NOT ENOUGH!! Rarely have I had service in any capacity like the EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE GIVEN by the Entire Team at Bio 1 of Chester County!!! Tom picked up the phone at 9:45 at night after my spending all day with another "" Cash only"" vendor . He spoke in clear Terms about the Bio Hazzard job & the insurance process. He made all this happen in Record time and did all the Insurance paperwork too!! Tom also recommended another vendor for a different service, and they were also stellar!! I JUST HIRED Bio 1 of Chester County AGAIN this week for another clean up, and my neighbor Vicky texted me to remark on what a fast and efficient job they did. I am placing them in my phone for future work, they are worth their weight in PURE GOLD!!! There are NOT alot of people in any line of work that could match Bio 1 of Chester County!!!

Tom Gervasio, the owner, is very professional and responded to our call quickly. He was flexible and able to work around the condo association’s restrictions for dumpsters. His crew was friendly and very helpful during the stressful situation. They were able to locate important paperwork despite the garbage, animal feces, etc. I highly recommend Bio-One.
