Tom was quick to respond and give me an estimate for cleaning out my cousin's home. Me and my cousin, who is ill, differed on what to toss/what to keep. Tom was great at stepping back while my cousin and I "negotiated", and stepping in when we needed clarification. He's understanding, experienced, knowledgeable. He and his crew were quick, personable and flexible!!!! If you're like me --embarrased about having someone see a "beyond messy" house - don't worry. Tom knows instinctively how to put people at ease. So quit procrastinating and give him a call!

We weren’t happy with the reason we needed his services (raccoon feces) , but Tom made things so much better. He answered my call promptly and was so helpful. He came at the appointed time and was incredibly efficient. There were a few hoops for him to jump through regarding our property, but he took it in stride and came out victorious!
