Bio-One Chula Vista did an awesome job cleaning the house! They did a more thorough job and at a better price than what other companies offered. They went above and beyond. The crew got floors, counters and showers clean that I thought were impossibly stained. They sorted and retrieved precious family heirlooms and valuable items. The guys even did an extra good job detail cleaning my aunt’s room because she has allergies and asthma. Jason honored the original estimate, even though it was more work than originally thought and stayed late to get the job done. He communicated and documented throughout the job. I highly recommend Bio-One Chula Vista!

I didn't realize before meeting Jason, the importance and necessity of his service as an imperative part of a healthy and functioning society. What his business provides is the work that most people don't think about, the hard but real situations many elderly and debilitated people live in that are unsafe and unsanitary. I can’t say enough good things about Jason and Jason! I was extremely overwhelmed with helping my family after we received some devastating medical news that required them to make an immediate lifestyle change. I came from out of town and found that their house was infested with mice and just cluttered beyond anything I’ve seen before. The mice were hiding in the garage and several pieces of furniture in the house. Jason came over and walked through the house with me. He was direct and honest about his recommendations. He had zero judgement, and was extremely easy to work with. He quoted a reasonable price for the undertaking. He showed up on Saturday with a big truck and another Jason, and they loaded everything that was covered in mouse droppings from the garage and even walked through the house to help remove things. First of all, they worked so hard! Mice were coming out of everywhere, and these were not great working conditions, but they gave my family their garage back, and came through the house and took out the furniture that was not easy to reach. This is probably my longest review, but I’ve never encountered any business like this. My dad, who is disabled, even told them that they saved his life. I agree! They absolutely restored hope in so many ways. Most importantly, they helped my Vietnam veteran grandfather come around and get comfortable with the idea of getting rid of things. It was so hard for him, and they were very patient with us through the whole process. It helped that they asked questions about his life and hobbies, and took care to only take things that needed to be removed. By the end, my grandfather was willingly giving away things. Thank you so much!!!
