I hired Bio-One for a biohazard/hoarder house clean up that was unlivable. It was wall to wall, floor to ceiling clutter, beer bottles, dog waste, food waste and trash. I can’t say enough good things about Jason and Jason! I was extremely overwhelmed with helping my family after we received some devastating medical news that required them to make an immediate lifestyle change. I came from out of town and found that their house was infested with mice and just cluttered beyond anything I’ve seen before. The mice were hiding in the garage and several pieces of furniture in the house. Jason came over and walked through the house with me. He was direct and honest about his recommendations. He had zero judgement, and was extremely easy to work with. He quoted a reasonable price for the undertaking. He showed up on Saturday with a big truck and another Jason, and they loaded everything that was covered in mouse droppings from the garage and even walked through the house to help remove things. First of all, they worked so hard! Mice were coming out of everywhere, and these were not great working conditions, but they gave my family their garage back, and came through the house and took out the furniture that was not easy to reach. This is probably my longest review, but I’ve never encountered any business like this. My dad, who is disabled, even told them that they saved his life. I agree! They absolutely restored hope in so many ways. Most importantly, they helped my Vietnam veteran grandfather come around and get comfortable with the idea of getting rid of things. It was so hard for him, and they were very patient with us through the whole process. It helped that they asked questions about his life and hobbies, and took care to only take things that needed to be removed. By the end, my grandfather was willingly giving away things. Just recently I have called upon Bio-One of Chula Vista for a second time. Face it, if you need their services, you are already very stressed. I was so impressed with their amazing service, care, and pricing the first time they helped me (Mom was a serious hoarder), that when I simply couldn't face a second cleanup two years later, I called them. I called from outside my mother's ER room. Even at 8pm, my call was answered and arrangements were made. First, every other company I spoke with charges by the day. Bio-One charges by THE JOB. The amount of $$$ that can be saved is staggering. (BTW, be sure you get the right Bio-One, there's another with a very similar name.) Yes, the service is fast and complete. But here's what I find most valuable: the sincere care that I've recieved during the worst of circumstances. The option to be on site or not was completely up to me. I stayed, I felt like I needed to be there. While my skin is crawling with what these gentlemen had to handle, to them, it's no big deal. Really, honestly, not at all. Not a wince, not an upturned nose, nothing. And they're terribly personable. This combination made this horrible experience much less horrible. You'd think they were planting rows of daisies whistling while they work. Their attitude greatly helped me and it's much appreciated. If you find yourself in need of this type of service, call these guys first. I promise, you won't be disappointed.

I used Jason and his team a couple months ago and they were great! I was renovating my child home that I inherited after a family member's passing and it was filled with clutter and bulky furniture no longer needed. They were able to clear it out in one day with no issues. His pricing was reasonable for the work they did, and I was satisfied overall. Would recommend Bio-One.
