Chula Vista Biohazard Cleanup Service 

The owner's name is Jason. He is extremely responsive and understanding. My situation was very stressful and he took the time to listen and provide a solution to help me move forward. I strongly recommend working with him and his company.

I recently worked with Bio-One Chula Vista. They delivered on everything they promised and finished early.

Jason Madsen and his staff at Bio-One are punctual, flexible, friendly, and efficient. I had a really difficult personal situation and needed their services on short notice. Jason was understanding and helped me out when I was struggling to find anyone who would. The staff at Bio-One are professional and efficient and my job was done in just a couple hours. I would absolutely recommend their services to anyone who needs serious cleaning done quickly and professionally.

Just recently I have called upon Bio-One of Chula Vista for a second time. Face it, if you need their services, you are already very stressed. I was so impressed with their amazing service, care, and pricing the first time they helped me (Mom was a serious hoarder), that when I simply couldn't face a second cleanup two years later, I called them. I called from outside my mother's ER room. Even at 8pm, my call was answered and arrangements were made. First, every other company I spoke with charges by the day. Bio-One charges by THE JOB. The amount of $$$ that can be saved is staggering. (BTW, be sure you get the right Bio-One, there's another with a very similar name.) Yes, the service is fast and complete. But here's what I find most valuable: the sincere care that I've recieved during the worst of circumstances. The option to be on site or not was completely up to me. I stayed, I felt like I needed to be there. While my skin is crawling with what these gentlemen had to handle, to them, it's no big deal. Really, honestly, not at all. Not a wince, not an upturned nose, nothing. And they're terribly personable. This combination made this horrible experience much less horrible. You'd think they were planting rows of daisies whistling while they work. Their attitude greatly helped me and it's much appreciated. If you find yourself in need of this type of service, call these guys first. I promise, you won't be disappointed.

I used Jason and his team a couple months ago and they were great! I was renovating my child home that I inherited after a family member's passing and it was filled with clutter and bulky furniture no longer needed. Bio-One Chula Vista did an awesome job cleaning the house! They did a more thorough job and at a better price than what other companies offered. They went above and beyond. The crew got floors, counters and showers clean that I thought were impossibly stained. They sorted and retrieved precious family heirlooms and valuable items. The guys even did an extra good job detail cleaning my aunt’s room because she has allergies and asthma. Jason honored the original estimate, even though it was more work than originally thought and stayed late to get the job done. He communicated and documented throughout the job.
