We had a very uncomfortable and unfortunate event happen without roommate and long time friend. After we could finally wrap our heads around what happened we called around for a cleaning process we could not do ourselves. After talking to a few different companies we were so blessed to come across this one. They were so kind and compassionate with our situation. Not only did they do a great job but each and every person we had contact with was so caring and I never felt uncomfortable. Not.only that but they provided us with some great grieving advice. We called Bio-one for help with a deep clean of an elderly family member’s apartment. Devin and his team took the time to run through the process and give us a step by step account of how the process would go. His team of cleaners were just AMAZING. The place went from barely inhabitable to feeling like you could eat off the floor. They were respectful and the hardest working crew you will find.
