Our family had an unfortunate incident that required cleaning beyond our capabilities. I called Bio-One of Cincinnati and yes, you will in fact speak directly to the owner, Aaron Roper. I wasn’t sure where to begin when he answered. He listened without judgement and was so calming, very professional. I was shocked when he said he could have a team out the next day. I sent him my family’s home insurance information and Aaron made the calls for us. I literally just had to let his team in the door. They were discreet- no big trucks with logos-it looked like I was having friends over. They even put their gear on inside. When it was time to haul material away, a truck was called in, quickly loaded and left within minutes. They were compassionate and so very detailed in their work. Amy, Dan and the rest of the team was just heaven sent at a very difficult time. Devin and his team were outstanding. I reached out to them for help cleaning my dad's house after his passing. Devin was compassionate and guided me through every step of the process. He even managed the logistics with insurance, which made the situation much easier during my time of mourning.
