Delaware Hazardous Waste Removal

Dan took my original call , kept in contact with me, arrived when expected and explained the cleanup process and what to expect and what couldn’t be restored and why. He worked with me on items I wanted to try and save. He and his assistant were very polite, friendly, helpful and respectful of the situation and my dad’s home. For the most part I was very satisfied with the cleanup. There were a few residual issues that I found that I needed to clean myself as my dad’s return date was possibly imminent . For the most part, I think these residual issues may have been due to the small size of the room versus the number of larger pieces of furniture in the area to be cleaned. When i spoke to Dan about my concerns and the reasons for not having him return to remediate the issues, he understood and worked with me re: the fee. He was extremely professional thru out the entire process and he and his assistant are great assets to and representatives for Bio-One of Delaware. I would use Bio-One of Delaware again and refer my friends to them.

This team did phenomenal work on a complicated drug remediation job for a large commercial space. They showed extreme attention to detail and dedication throughout the process, ensuring everywhere was properly cleaned. I appreciate Ryan, the owner, dispatching Dan and Oscar to the site. The team was not only professional but also incredibly personable, making the entire experience more comfortable. I was extremely impressed by their hard work and the outstanding results. Highly recommend their services for anyone needing thorough and reliable remediation work.

I called Bio-One after weeks of a horrible smell in our office like an open sewer. We had our HVAC company, 3 different plumbers, a roofer and 3 inspectors go through our building, and NO ONE could find the source of the smell!!! Finally, we had a client refer another plumber to our office. He showed up and did what all the other plumbers had done, but then he went above & beyond his job and was searching around in our drop ceiling. He was in the office where the smell was strongest and to our surprise, he found dead mice and a TON of mouse droppings and nests. I emailed Bio-One and that same day I received a call from Ryan. I explained our situation and he was able to get us on the schedule for an inspection to see if we needed remediation of the mice and their mess. He explained everything to me in great detail during his inspection and was able to get us set up for a clean-up appointment that same week. We had to move it to the following week due to some work deadlines. Kevin & his partner were here yesterday and if I hadn't let everyone in the office know they were here they would have never noticed them. They were very quiet & discreet even while running the machines they had to use including a vacuum cleaner. They were very professional and cleaned up everything after removing 4 drop ceiling tiles, rodent droppings and carcasses. They used a type of fog machine up inside our drop ceiling that dispersed a disinfectant that traveled through the entire building making any & all organic matter 100% inert in case there were any areas the mice were living that we hadn't noticed we wouldn't smell anything anymore. After over 7 weeks of sitting in the office for 12-15 hours a day 7 days a week (tax season we work almost around the clock) there was NO smell! NOTHING! The other people in the far side of the office made comment that their side of the building smelled ""fresher"" this morning and asked me if I had cleaned or vacuumed the common area. I was so happy that everyone noticed the lack of odor. If you need a company for clean-up or remediation I would 100% recommend Bio-One! They were in constant contact with me before & after each visit. While in the building they were extremely professional and polite. They were clean and neat and left the office space cleaner than they found it. They even put up 4 1/2 new ceiling tiles (I provided) to replace the 4 1/2 that they had to remove and dispose of at no charge. Having to deal with this rodent problem in an office full of women was a nightmare but Ryan at Bio-One answered all of my questions and made the removal very easy. I truly appreciate all they did for us! Thank You!!!!

My husband was pretty immobile the last year of his life and spent most of his time in a recliner. The month before he died he was incontinent of both urine and feces. After he died his recliner reeked of urine. We tried everything we could think of to get rid of the odor but it was still there. I was afraid we were going to have to dispose of the chair. Finally I called Bio-one Delaware and spoke with Matt Lowe, the owner. He told me he would be glad to take a look at the chair but also warned me that urine was very difficult to get rid of. I decided to have him see what he could do and he came out and sprayed the chair with a pet and environment friendly substance. He covered the chair in plastic so the chemicals could be absorbed and came out the next day. I cannot detect the odor of urine any more! Matt was very professional--he came when he said he would be there and he followed up with me. His prices are very reasonable and I would not hesitate using him again and will tell my friends! God sent us two angels of the worst day of my family’s life. Ryan and Kristi came to us after a very tragic murder/suicide occurred in my parents home. They did a fabulous job cleaning all areas affected. The energy of the house shifted to peace despise such a horrible incident. They absolutely went above and beyond for my mother in her time of need. We can’t say enough nice things about them. They really took the time and spent long hours to make sure everything was spotless. We can’t thank them enough. ❤️

I hired Bio-One to remove sewage from the crawlspace in my house, and they did an excellent job. They were prompt, professional, and thorough. Their team was respectful of my property and made a stressful situation more manageable. I highly recommend their services to anyone dealing with a similar issue.

I had a waste issue that prevented my AC and plumbing company from fixing a sewage pipe. Ryan immediately sent his crew (Oscar and Toby), and they were able to remove the waste so the plumber could replace the pipe in a crawl space. Oscar and Toby worked so hard they passed up a meal to complete the job. When something like this happens you feel helpless because you're limited to companies who specialize in this removal. Bio-One was a life saver.
