I called Bio-One after weeks of a horrible smell in our office like an open sewer. We had our HVAC company, 3 different plumbers, a roofer and 3 inspectors go through our building, and NO ONE could find the source of the smell!!! Finally, we had a client refer another plumber to our office. He showed up and did what all the other plumbers had done, but then he went above & beyond his job and was searching around in our drop ceiling. He was in the office where the smell was strongest and to our surprise, he found dead mice and a TON of mouse droppings and nests. I emailed Bio-One and that same day I received a call from Ryan. I explained our situation and he was able to get us on the schedule for an inspection to see if we needed remediation of the mice and their mess. He explained everything to me in great detail during his inspection and was able to get us set up for a clean-up appointment that same week. We had to move it to the following week due to some work deadlines. Kevin & his partner were here yesterday and if I hadn't let everyone in the office know they were here they would have never noticed them. They were very quiet & discreet even while running the machines they had to use including a vacuum cleaner. They were very professional and cleaned up everything after removing 4 drop ceiling tiles, rodent droppings and carcasses. They used a type of fog machine up inside our drop ceiling that dispersed a disinfectant that traveled through the entire building making any & all organic matter 100% inert in case there were any areas the mice were living that we hadn't noticed we wouldn't smell anything anymore. After over 7 weeks of sitting in the office for 12-15 hours a day 7 days a week (tax season we work almost around the clock) there was NO smell! NOTHING! The other people in the far side of the office made comment that their side of the building smelled ""fresher"" this morning and asked me if I had cleaned or vacuumed the common area. I was so happy that everyone noticed the lack of odor. If you need a company for clean-up or remediation I would 100% recommend Bio-One! They were in constant contact with me before & after each visit. While in the building they were extremely professional and polite. They were clean and neat and left the office space cleaner than they found it. They even put up 4 1/2 new ceiling tiles (I provided) to replace the 4 1/2 that they had to remove and dispose of at no charge. Having to deal with this rodent problem in an office full of women was a nightmare but Ryan at Bio-One answered all of my questions and made the removal very easy. I truly appreciate all they did for us! Thank You!!!!

What can I say about Ryan and his team, I called on the weekend and had prompt service. The whole team was remarkable about our situation. They were courteous, polite and understanding. Also highly efficient. When it came to cleaning out the townhouse they worked like a well oiled machine. Dan, Oscar and Chase had the entire 3 floors cleaned out in no time. The guys were top notch. Hopefully I never have to do this again but if I do, I would be making my first call to them

This is an incredible company, and I can't express enough how grateful I am for their exceptional service. From our initial contact, Ryan and his team had genuine kindness as they answered all my questions and showed understanding regarding our family's situation. Despite not living in the area, it was comforting to know that my grandmother was in the best hands to assist with her home after my grandfather's sudden passing. Ryan maintained communication with me throughout the entire process, and I am sincerely thankful for his support.

My husband was pretty immobile the last year of his life and spent most of his time in a recliner. The month before he died he was incontinent of both urine and feces. After he died his recliner reeked of urine. We tried everything we could think of to get rid of the odor but it was still there. I was afraid we were going to have to dispose of the chair. Finally I called Bio-one Delaware and spoke with Matt Lowe, the owner. He told me he would be glad to take a look at the chair but also warned me that urine was very difficult to get rid of. I decided to have him see what he could do and he came out and sprayed the chair with a pet and environment friendly substance. He covered the chair in plastic so the chemicals could be absorbed and came out the next day. I cannot detect the odor of urine any more! Matt was very professional--he came when he said he would be there and he followed up with me. His prices are very reasonable and I would not hesitate using him again and will tell my friends!
