Ginger was born into a military family, they moved all over the US settling in Jacksonville, Fl. Family business took her to Indiana where years later she met Jamie. Jamie was born and raised in Southern Indiana. He graduated with an Associate's Degree in Science from Vincennes University. They married in 2013 blending their family of 5 children. In 2018 they moved to Florida to start a new adventure in life. Their family keeps growing and they have been blessed with beautiful grandchildren. Ginger and Jamie saw a need in the community and decided to open a Bio-One Franchise. Hallelujah! I have finally found a company that can live up to its promises. My mother had 3 small dogs that were not house trained. After her passing I came down to settle her estate and was overwhelmed with the pet ... odor. Mom has hardwood floors. She had difficulty seeing the pet waste and cleaning up after them proved to be too much for her. I did some research online and decided to call BioOne Duval County. The owners, Ginger and Jamie came out within 30 minutes of our call. They were very gracious and understanding. Jamie completely explained the process to me. He treated the floor with a mixture of chemicals, covered the entire floor with plastic to allow the product to soak into the crevices. He returned each day to clean up the prior days treatment and continue the process for three days until the smell was gone. They also recommended I purchase a GEN2 Industrial Grade Hydroxyl and Ozone Sterilization Machine to help clean the air. Jamie set it up and it’s cleaning the air. The smell is gone and now we’re able to put the house on the market. I can’t say enough good things about BioOne. The prices are very reasonable and their work is second to none.
