Our mother passed away from M.R..S.A. The family used Bio-One to decontaminate her living area (mother in law) suite. These people were very attentative to our concerns. They were prompt in returning our calls, telling us how they would disinfect our home, and they were very kind to the tenderness involved with our recent heartache. Bio-One came through during a very difficult time in ours lives. My Father-in-law passed away unexpectedly, not only were they informative, and helpful, but they were compassionate, and caring. Ginger was amazing, helping us navigate the insurance process and kindly offered advice based on her experience. In addition, they did an amazing job with the house, not to get too graphic, but it was very messy, they checked for biological waste and made sure that the house was safe and breathable. I cannot say thank you enough, you and your family help me and my family through the worst that happens to us, a love one passing. Which is why I would recommend Bio-One they are in the business of caring and respect, and on the side they clean.
