Bio-One did an amazing job in a very difficult situation. Denise was thorough, professional, and extremely easy to communicate with. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this team to anyone.

Bio-One was hired to clean out a recreational vehicle. Steven Fuentes gave an estimate to disinfect and clean the RV and the price was very reasonable. A few days later he brought in a team of three that did a remarkable job; pulling out old carpet, disinfecting, throwing away unwanted items, and making it smell nice and clean. Their time and effort was much appreciated! I would highly recommend Bio-One for any cleaning job, big or small.

We hadn’t lived in our house for a couple of years and when we returned, we found rat feces in our garage. After taking care of the rats, we decided to call Bio One East Bay to clean up the contamination based on their good reviews. They exceeded my expectations. They sent a team of three people led by Denise. She clearly and patiently explained the cleaning/disinfecting procedure which included inspecting and disinfecting (or disposing) of ALL items in the garage. They vacuumed and disinfected the garage itself and then returned the disinfected items to the garage. They finished the job by fogging the garage with a disinfectant. The team of Denise, Kat, and Nate were all professional and very personable. I was very satisfied with the finished product. Good job Bio One!

Bio-One was amazing. They came on time, were discreet and extremely flexible in a situation that could have become difficult; their experience diffused emotions. They had a great attitude and got the job done early. I can’t recommend them more. You will not be disappointed.

I was in some deep, deep cat urine due to some interpersonal (interfelineal?) issues among my three cats. Not only have I come back to an immaculate, odor-free home, but the team was proactively communicative, professional, and went above and beyond to take care of us. How above and beyond? When they arrived promptly at the assigned time, I had only managed to get two of my three monsters into their carriers for transport to the cat hotel. Number three — the largest and least intelligent of my brood — had escaped me for the better part of an hour. Sweating and frustrated, I let the team from Bio-One in with my apologies. That’s when all four of them got right on the case and helped me get the fur jerk into his bag within minutes. Five star service all around!
