I was in some deep, deep cat urine due to some interpersonal (interfelineal?) issues among my three cats. Not only have I come back to an immaculate, odor-free home, but the team was proactively communicative, professional, and went above and beyond to take care of us. How above and beyond? When they arrived promptly at the assigned time, I had only managed to get two of my three monsters into their carriers for transport to the cat hotel. Number three — the largest and least intelligent of my brood — had escaped me for the better part of an hour. Sweating and frustrated, I let the team from Bio-One in with my apologies. That’s when all four of them got right on the case and helped me get the fur jerk into his bag within minutes. Five star service all around!

Bio-One was hired to clean out a recreational vehicle. Steven Fuentes gave an estimate to disinfect and clean the RV and the price was very reasonable. A few days later he brought in a team of three that did a remarkable job; pulling out old carpet, disinfecting, throwing away unwanted items, and making it smell nice and clean. Very grateful for the quick and thorough service. The home had very bad nicotine stains and tobacco smell in the house/furniture/window coverings/paint/cabinets! Manny's crew was super about cleaning inside and out in the kitchen including getting rid of excess food and washing inside of the cabinets!!!- they got rid of all the soft surfaces (couches/mattresses/chairs etc) and the window coverings - disinfected floors where there had been human waste and got the house ready for me to actually access. They were communicative, and were there when they said they would be. There were a few glitches in that someone was still living there (don't ask) but the whole crew was gracious and professional and worked around this situation. Thanks for the good service.

Earlier this year, I had a bio hazard job that needed covid disinfecting too. Not a lot of company would do it. Servpro would do it but they quoted me $4000+ without coming out to take a look first. They were also pushy trying to made me make a decision right then claiming they were so busy and that evening was the only time they had. Bio-one came out, gave me an estimate of less than $2000 and did a good job. Communication was prompt and courteous the whole time. Would recommend.
