Rigo Melendez is the President of Bio-One El Paso. Rigo has lived most of his life in El Paso where he received a Graphic Design Degree from UTEP. He founded and owned a Commercial Sign Business which he operated for 22 years with his wife Jessica Melendez. Through his years in business he has built strong relationships with community members, government agencies and other business owners. He has done work for the El Paso Border Patrol, EPPD, EPFD, Fort Bliss Army Base, and several Ambulance Companies and Hospitals. Rigo has sponsored many events and sports teams and has donated a lot of work and time to different charities. He is excited to continue serving his community through Bio-One and utilize his relationships to grow his business. He is a big believer of helping others and giving back to the community. Rigo also loves to Mountain Bike, Cook BBQ and trying the latest Craft Beer. Rigo and Jessica have two children, Layla and Mila. Jessica Melendez is the Vice President of Bio-One El Paso. Jessica has lived most of her life in El Paso where she received a degree in Marketing. She worked in the marketing and advertising world for 10 years mainly in major broadcast media with ABC, Univision, and Clear Channel, when she married Rigo she joined forces with him to run his sign business. Jessica also owns a Franchise Consultant Business where she represents over 450 franchise brands. She has been an active member of here community and has served on several Boards as VP and Chair. Any chance she gets she volunteers at her kids school and community fundraisers. She is big on helping others and believes the more you give, more blessed you'll be. She's excited to be a part of the Bio-One family and what they stand for. Jessica also loves Spin class, getting massages and reading a good Novel.

Rigo Melendez and his staff, Daniella and Elijah are fantastic! We initially contacted them for help with rodent droppings in my parent's house, but they did so much more than we ever expected! They disinfected the whole house, discarded contaminated furniture & rugs, mopped, wiped down walls, and painted the ceiling in the LR and kitchen to remove nicotine stains. And more important, they were so caring, thoughtful, and worried about our well-being. We highly recommend this wonderful business that literally saved our lives!
