Bio-One owner, Owen McGovern, immediately responded to my on line inquiry, and came after conventional working hours to view the task, explaining the process very thoroughly and clearly. He contacted my insurance company immediately, contacting me promptly with the arrangements. He and his assistant arrived the very next day well ahead of the arranged job start time and finished well within the estimated completion time. He and his assistant were careful, sensitive, and were shining examples of professional courtesy and expertise. Words can not express the gratitude I have for Erik. In my extreme time of need when everyone else was telling me no and that it would be 5-10 days before they could come to help, Erik didn’t skip a beat instantly telling me he was there to help and even made the 2 1/2 hour drive to make his words and reality.
