The nature of the business means that people who call them are usually in a situation that is stressful and emotional. Erik’s calm and comforting demeanor helps takes the edge off. Bio-One owner, Owen McGovern, immediately responded to my on line inquiry, and came after conventional working hours to view the task, explaining the process very thoroughly and clearly. He contacted my insurance company immediately, contacting me promptly with the arrangements. He and his assistant arrived the very next day well ahead of the arranged job start time and finished well within the estimated completion time. He and his assistant were careful, sensitive, and were shining examples of professional courtesy and expertise. They quietly and efficiently went about their tasks, cleaned up after themselves, leaving a pristine task site. I would highly recommend this company and owner, Owen McGovern.

Owen McGovern of Bio-One was very thorough and professional in addressing the clean up under our house. Owen is very courteous, was on time and answered all of our questions and concerns. By providing before and after photos there was no doubt to the work that was completed. Our home went up for sale shortly after Owen completed his work and needless to say the inspection went well. Erik was a lifesaver! He came within 2-3 hours of my call. He was very kind to my mother during a difficult time. He even made sure she had something to use when she was throwing up. Very professional and great with communication.
