Had an unexpected situation that happened in my Mom's home on 12 Jan 21. When the police cleared the scene, we contacted ServePro for clean up. I just used Bio-One Richmond to help me with "Overwhelming Clutter". Marc responded immediately, gave me an estimate, and set up a scheduled time. The team members (1 to 4 of them) showed up daily on-time and ready to work. Chase lead the group and set up a daily plan with me. He and Chase 2.0 and Elliot and Sidny were efficient, effective and respectful as they listened to my requets, filled 2 large dumpster loads, delivered donations and cleaned the garage, the attic, and every room. Reached out to Bio-One asking for help on a BAD odor and explained that it was an emergency as it was in a church. The gentleman that answered the phone not only answered my questions but also assured me that they would be able to work on it that day and do whatever they could so Sunday Morning services could take place. Spoke with them the next morning and they relayed to me that the church was able to continue with services as planned and that everything was freshened up. HIGHLY RECOMMEND them for any all your Bio Needs.

My husband and I opened up our Bio-One office in 2018 in Flagstaff. We have received so much support from Bio-One Inc to make sure that we can reach our full potential. Cory and his team are the best! They responded to an overwhelming job on short notice and did a great job! They hauled 5 26 foot dumpsters off the property. We called on a follow up to assist with construction trash the contractor didn’t haul away and he was there within two hours to help. His prices are reasonable and more importantly, they work with integrity and protect your family interest, protecting valuables as best they can. Hire these guys, they are Great workers.
