Just was notified that my review was not visible outside of internal, so wanted to re-share this review for other potential customers to see. "OMG, I cannot even begin to describe the level of work Juan and his crew did. The state of my mom's apartment was unlivable and she was transitioning from independent to assisted living after having serious health complications. I had been looking for a service that would not only remove the trash and garbage she had collected but also to clean and sanitize the apartment in preparation for move out inspection and after lots of unfruitful searching, I found Bio-One. I had no idea such a turn-key option existed. Juan and his team are a life-saver. In one day, Juan came and assessed the state of the apartment, gave an estimate, then arranged for his team to begin the work later that day. After about 6 hours, not only had they completely removed all the garbage in the apartment, the cleaning they did after made the apartment look brand new and (I'm sure) as it had the day my mom moved in. Absolutely amazing and if I could rate them higher than 5 stars I would. I would highly, highly and without hesitation recommend them to anyone that finds themselves in these unfortunate situations. In particular, I live out of town and was able to coordinate with Juan everything needed so I could come up for one weekend and get everything needed knocked out. Not only do they do excellent work, they are nice and respectful of the situation. Truly took what was a harrowing experience and made it very manageable and provided an immense sense of relief. Googled bio hazard cleaning services for a cleanup of a friend’s apt and was lead to Bio One. They went out to her place in a timely manner, assessed the situation and set up the cleaning date. I went over to visit my friend and bio one was there getting things done!! All I can say is WOW!! They had done an amazing job…but what blew me away was the care they put into helping my friend. Thank you again Juan & Nicole for going above and beyond to help my friend Diane get her life back on track! You were God sent!!!

My house had tear gas and Bio-one, Juan Acuna provided excellent work, very responsive, punctual, my house was clean from top to bottom, walls, ceiling and, every single item was clean, my belongings were boxed and baged, all of this was done in a timely fashion as promised, when the job was completed I needed help connecting my dryer vent and Juan didn't hesitate to come back and fix it. Juan and his team did an exemplary job getting my mother's house cleaned. The amount of work that needed to be done was so overwhelming. Bio-One was quick to respond and it took only 2 days to get the job done, and done right! There were several rooms that I thought the carpet could not have been saved, but the team was able to get it looking new. Heck, every inch of her housed was thoroughly cleaned and sanitized and looking like new. Do not hesitate to call Bio-One!!!!!
