Before we begin the cleaning process, we will talk with you to learn your goals. We’ll evaluate details about your particular situation, including:
What you hope the outcome of the cleaning will be (staying in the home, selling the home, etc.).
If you would like to be present on-site during the cleaning (we encourage you to have a loved one, friend, or therapist with you to help make decisions, sort through items, or even simply observe).
If you would like our technicians to find and preserve valuable items in your home.
If we can disinfect affected areas.
Travel to and from your home in unmarked vehicles for discretion.
Put on PPE in a private area such as a backyard or garage to protect your privacy if requested.
Communicate with you either in person or via phone according to your preference when we have questions.
Perform a deep clean at the end of the process.
I had such a great experience with Jamil from Bio-One. Very professional, knowledgeable, hardworking and easy to talk to.
I was very satisfied with the work that he performed on my house, as I plan to have him continue working on a few projects in the future.

We have a cat, a dog, kids, and allergies. So I spend 30 minutes cleaning my home every morning, preparing my living/working space for a new day.
I do a quick pick-up, use the duster, use Windex to polish all high-contact surfaces, use my cordless Dyson vacuum, and finally I Swiffer the floor. I don’t allow my home to get dirty, therefore it’s easy to clean it.
Simple Green works well for microwave crease. Spray, shut it for one minute, and wipe it off. I use disinfecting wipes to wipe down my kitchen appliances a couple of times a week.
I used to hate cleaning my home, and the more I waited, the less I wanted to do it. This 30 minute technique worked for me for at least 10 years. I suggested it to some of our clients after big hoarding cleanups and some adapted it.
“Don’t forget the pantry when Spring cleaning. Get rid of all expired food.”
“Try to remove items from your cabinets, drawers, and closets so they are at least 25% empty. If it’s full of stuff, you’ll be less likely to put things away because it’s so much additional effort to cram it in there.”
I am absolutely over the moon about the job Bio-One did in helping me get back on track. Kyle, Nikki, and the rest of the crew were professional, thorough, and fast.
They removed, in hours, what I’d spent the last 2+ years accumulating. I’d recommend them in an instant.

Great service. Staff were professional, friendly, and understanding.
My mother’s house had been hoarding for decades to the point where the conditions threatened her life and the stability of the building itself.
The Bio-One guys were able to remove all the trash and useless stuff accumulated over the years and deep clean making the house look brand new. highly recommended
