We had an elderly neighbor in our community. She didn't have any family and we wanted to help her out. We knew she had a hoarding issue. We got her to talk to someone and then we thought it would be nice to all chip in and have her house cleaned. I have never done this something like this before so I didn't know if it was hazardous or not . I decided to do some research and reach out to this business. From start to finish this was a professional and enjoyable experience. Obviously these were not normal circumstances and they made us feel completely at ease. The job itself was immaculate. I couldn't believe what a difference it was. If you ever run into a situation where you need something cleaned up of any nature ,call them! It took me quite some time to write this review so I thought I would let you know since then our neighbor is happily living back in her home and doing much better.

My house was in dire need of being cleaned out and gone through. Courtney and Victor were the most non-judgemental people I think I have ever met. They did the clean out while taking the time to treat things that I loved with care. I feel so free after all that true junk is gone! They really are caring and efficient. The cleaning products that they used were just amazing too. They gave me my house back. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs help, big or small. 5 well deserved stars!

Can't say enough wonderful things about Courtney and her crew. They did an amazing job and communicated throughout the entire process.

Victor, Courtney and their crew were fantastic!!! Our basement flooded because of sump pump failure and there was a lot of damage. We were concerned about mold and called Bio One. They were here the same day and within three days the basement was empty, dry, treated and clean. We lost some sentimental items but Victor and Courtney helped us to save as much as possible. During such an emotional event, we were in good hands which made the process as painless as possible. They also work with the insurance company which was another blessing.
