Where do I begin...I was totally blown away on their service. I would like to say THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART. Victor and Courtney are the most loving, caring, hardworking owners of the company. They did a Covid Cleanup and sterlized at my brothers apartment all while my brother is at the hospital dealing with Covid and other issues. You know it was an AMAZING JOB when my brother see's the pictures I sent to his phone and her cries. My brother said "THANK YOU SO MUCH...I DIDN;T KNOW WHAT I WAS GOING TO DO. YOU ARE A GOD SEND." Bio-One disinfected my grand-fathers home after he passed away from Covid-19. I called them at 6pm and they were in the home by 8pm that evening! They were compassionate & professional. My house was in dire need of being cleaned out and gone through. Courtney and Victor were the most non-judgemental people I think I have ever met. They did the clean out while taking the time to treat things that I loved with care. I feel so free after all that true junk is gone! They really are caring and efficient.
