Hurricane IDA hit and cased a sewage back up in our complex. Bio-One was the first to respond and their team of professionals sanitized and decontaminated our basement within 2 days !!!! Bio-One contacted us thought-out the process. In addition they worked directly with our home owners insurance company. I highly recommend them!

Wow … I truly can never express the gratitude and profound thanks for the work that Victor and his wife and his team (especially Paul) have done to help me through this terrible period in my life. I was living with physical pain and very severe depression. And this husband and wife truly carried me through the clean up, removal, and the preparation necessary so that the exterminators could come in and help me with a bedbug problem that was for me very frightening and made me isolate myself even more for fear that I go to someone’s home or sit in their that a bedbug could find a new home. Their are not sufficient “stars” to rate them but it is the highest I can give. Please give them a call I can attest to their work and the job they have done for me.

My house was in dire need of being cleaned out and gone through. Courtney and Victor were the most non-judgemental people I think I have ever met. They did the clean out while taking the time to treat things that I loved with care. I feel so free after all that true junk is gone! They really are caring and efficient. We have been using them since March 2020 to sanitize and disinfect our two apartment buildings for low-income seniors. Their staff are professional and courteous. Thanks to them, we have kept our COVID numbers low in an environment filled with compromised adults. I highly recommend them.
