EXCELLENT Company - Very impressed with them!!! Trust worthy, easy to work with, reliable, understanding to our situation and also very knowledgeable even giving us tips on how to control a rodent situation and pointing out things that even the exterminator didn't see or advise. I cannot say enough about Victor and Courtney. I had a sewer backup when the remnants of Ida hit us in September. Although I am luckier than many other people, it was still an extremely stressful event. Every remediation company was very overwhelmed. But Bio-One were unbelievably helpful, professional and caring. They worked with me, my insurance company and made sure that I felt comfortable during the whole process. Victor answered my many questions and even explained many things I forgot to ask! I had many companies get back to me, including one that promised me they would come clean. I took off that day and this unnamed company never showed. Bio-One was prompt and reliable. If they said they were calling me back, they called me back, if I had a question, they answered - they were a light during a stressful time. I recommend them to anyone needing their services! I selfishly hope I never have to use them in the future... but I am glad to know that if I need it, I have a reliable company to contact!

Hurricane IDA hit and cased a sewage back up in our complex. Bio-One was the first to respond and their team of professionals sanitized and decontaminated our basement within 2 days !!!! Bio-One contacted us thought-out the process. In addition they worked directly with our home owners insurance company. I highly recommend them!
