What they can do in three days is nothing short of amazing. A previous failed attempt at a assisting family member(s) involved over 12 people and a lot of frustration and effort and more importantly-the goal line was never crossed. We manage 127 units and if we ever have an issue where there is a blood or bodily fluids again they will always be our first call. We were lost on how to clean an apartment after a troubled tenant attempted to end their life. They were lucky and made it to the hospital in time however their apartment was left like a crime scene you see on TV. It had to be sanitized etc in order for another tenant to move in and Bio One went above and beyond. Even the grout on the tile floor was spotless. They were super responsive for the estimate and came back right away to provide services. We were amazed at their work!
