Andrew and his helpers really helped out my family. He was very professional and explained the process to me. There was only respect and results! His services were better than we expected. I needed serious help in the worst way recently to get a loved ones apartment under control and deep cleaned. I found Andrew's website for Bio-One of Milwaukee and decided to give them a try. Andrew was super accommodating and set up a time to access the unit right away. His quote was reasonable and they were able to clean apartment the very next day which was a Sunday no less. They did an amazing job. They were professional, non judgmental, respectful of personal items and very efficient. They totally have given the apartment the reset it so desperately needed. Andrew and Viktoriya (and their entire team) were nothing short of AMAZING. Due to a sudden change in a health condition, it was necessary for us to move quickly (from what we’d hoped was our forever home.) They were a one-stop-shop of all we needed to quickly move! They organized our household: getting things ready for moving, donating or disposing; moved us into our new place (with care and attention to detail like we’ve never heard of in a moving company); helped us get settled in; then prepped our home for sale! (Painting, repairs, sprucing up… EVERYTHING that was needed to get ready for a real estate showing….which, by the way, enabled us to sell our place within 2.5 hours of listing for well over the asking price!) Andrew and Viktoriya actually made a difficult process virtually stress-free, and dare I say, enjoyable??? They (and their crew!) have delightful senses of humor, which made all the difference during an unexpected move. I hope they all realize how much their compassionate and thorough approach helps those who need assistance with such a major life change. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this wonderful company.

We had several problems in our home that needed to be addressed. Rodent infestation cleanup, mold remediation. Bio One responded immediately, estimated accurately, scheduled in a timely manner and completed projects as projected. Andrew was a pleasure to work with; very friendly and put us at ease from start to finish.

Had to hire to clean an elderly and terminally ill parents home. Viktoria and Andrew were wonderful to work with. The cleaning crew were very personable and very professional. Very reasonable pricing and the services they provide go above and beyond what a typical cleaning company would do. The whole crew worked diligently and provided exactly what we asked for. Excellent communication throughout the entire process. They handle difficult situations with empathy and I'm very glad I found them! I hope you never need this kind of service but if you do, you will be in great hands.

This crew is nothing short of exceptional. They clearly take pride in doing their job well, and even more, go above and beyond to make sure they do everything they can to help. We hired them twice to help us clean out a home we had just purchased that had been vacant for quite some time. The first hire was to sanitize mouse droppings throughout the home, and the second was to remediate mold. Both jobs were done meticulously and with care, and each course of action was explained in great detail. I hope I don't need their services again, but if I do, there is literally no one else I will call on to help.

Due to numerous reasons, my apartment got so out of hand I could have been on the show “Hoarders”.
