It was to the point, I didn’t want anyone to come over and was so overwhelmed , I started experiencing panic attacks. I spoke to Viktoriya and explained my situation and Viktoriya showed empathy and was extremely kind and understanding with what I was sharing with her. Her concern and demeanor allowed me to make a decision that I had been in able to make for years. Viktoriya and Andrew’s team came and turned my apartment into a beautiful and living space- they literally gave me my life back and I will forever be grateful. Bio-One is the awesome! My relative died in her bed and had been a hoarder. You cannot imagine the mess! Bio-One took what I thought to be an impossible task and completed it in one day! The place looks like new and is super-clean! I can't thank them enough.

Andrew and team were great We had a wonderful experience with them. Had a rodent infestation that was taken care of but had significant amount of leftover feces and urine in basement. They cleaned everything from top to bottom. Got rid of ruined furniture for us Looks amazing and clean Exceptional work and would recommend to anyone who needs this service

Andrew and his team were spectacular to work with. He was able to come out the same-day to walk-through a loved ones apartment after he had suddenly passed away. Andrew assessed the area and provided a thoughtful, thorough description of the process and clean-up. He was quick to respond to any follow-up questions as well. Since we live out of state, we were on a time crunch, but the team worked within our schedule to make everything turn out smoothly in the end. The entire crew was a joy to work with, on-time and respectful the day of the clean-up, and made a very difficult situation much easier to handle. The entire process was completed in about 6 hours and it looked amazing and move-in ready. We would highly recommend them in the future!

This crew is nothing short of exceptional. They clearly take pride in doing their job well, and even more, go above and beyond to make sure they do everything they can to help. We hired them twice to help us clean out a home we had just purchased that had been vacant for quite some time. The first hire was to sanitize mouse droppings throughout the home, and the second was to remediate mold. Both jobs were done meticulously and with care, and each course of action was explained in great detail. I hope I don't need their services again, but if I do, there is literally no one else I will call on to help.

Had an issue with mice getting into my basement drop ceiling and making a mess. Andy at Bio-One did an amazing job in helping me solve my problem and getting the area cleaned up. The communication and service went well above my expectations and would highly recommend them!

A family member passed away and when we gained access to the house, we found a hoarding situation and mice had run all over the place. It was a mess and I didn't know how to begin cleaning it up. I am so happy that I found Bio-One. Andy and his team went above and beyond to insure that valuables were set aside and cleaned when needed. All trash was taken away and everything looked amazing when they were done. Andy was very good at communicating with me and responsive to my questions and concerns. He was able to handle a number of additional tasks that needed attention and referred me to others who could help when he couldn't. I would not hesitate to recommend Bio-One, especially in delicate situations where you desire respect for your loved one's home and possessions and where you want to trust the crew that is dealing with family "treasures". They were very conscientious and did a great job on the house, and made this very sad situation as stress-free as possible.
