They did an amazing job. They were professional, non judgmental, respectful of personal items and very efficient. They totally have given the apartment the reset it so desperately needed. Had an issue with mice getting into my basement drop ceiling and making a mess. Andy at Bio-One did an amazing job in helping me solve my problem and getting the area cleaned up. The communication and service went well above my expectations and would highly recommend them!

Bio-One did a great job for me. Very professional and they knew what to do. Came in on time and budget! I had a horrible mouse infestation that had been going on for years. Lots of mess and damage and they cleaned it all up. Plus, they consulted with me, ensuring that my mouse problem was eradicated before they came in to do the cleanup so that my effort would not be wasted. Very reliable highly recommend!

We had several problems in our home that needed to be addressed. Rodent infestation cleanup, mold remediation. Bio One responded immediately, estimated accurately, scheduled in a timely manner and completed projects as projected. Andrew was a pleasure to work with; very friendly and put us at ease from start to finish.

This crew is nothing short of exceptional. They clearly take pride in doing their job well, and even more, go above and beyond to make sure they do everything they can to help. We hired them twice to help us clean out a home we had just purchased that had been vacant for quite some time. The first hire was to sanitize mouse droppings throughout the home, and the second was to remediate mold. Both jobs were done meticulously and with care, and each course of action was explained in great detail. I hope I don't need their services again, but if I do, there is literally no one else I will call on to help.
