Derek and Daniella have an amazing organization. They worked closely with our family on a heartbreaking hoarding situation. Derek has a gift in how best to work with a challenging and troubled person. In addition to his professionalism, he understood the value of establishing rapport, building trust, and giving the homeowner a voice in the process. We had a visiting relative with a medical issue that resulted in a rather stinky mess that we were in a hurry to get cleaned up. Bio-One responded quickly with helpful information and no pressure. In all my interactions with the owners and staff, I felt like I was working with friends. Most importantly, they safely cleaned up the area and removed the horrendous odor. One of the most professional company's I've dealt with not just in ther profession but all around. They knew I lived out of town and had to give them keys to the property and they text or called me when they were coming and leaving place weather going to lunch or finishing up for the day along with describing to me what they were doing and calling me to let me know that there were things that were unforseen that needed attending too. My family was faced with the sudden passing of a family member, whose home was in an overwhelming state that was too much for us to navigate. Derek responded promptly and met with us for a consult at the house. He presented information in a very professional and thorough manner, while also expressing care and acting with compassion. As his team worked through the house, professionalism, care and compassion continued. They took the time to separate out items of value (photographs, unopened items, etc.) for my family to go through, as well as worked to locate particular items that we wanted (i.e. jewelry and a book of sentimental value). Derek kept in contact daily and provided updates. The job was done quickly and efficiently and exceeded our expectations.

Bio-One helped our family through a home cleanout of my late MIL's house. It had a lifetime of personal possessions in it along with a lot of clutter, furniture, and garbage. They were extremely professional, efficient, polite, good with communication, and honest to work with. They explained their work process thoroughly before the work began and throughout the entire clean-out process. Dumpsters were efficiently managed each day and the exterior of the property was kept tidy while the house was being emptied out. It's not easy to be discreet about a 22' dumpster parked outside a house but they brought respect to the process throughout each day of work. We could not have accomplished the work of preparing my MIL's house for sale without them. I highly recommend Bio-One. Thank you!
