My family was faced with the sudden passing of a family member, whose home was in an overwhelming state that was too much for us to navigate. Derek responded promptly and met with us for a consult at the house. He presented information in a very professional and thorough manner, while also expressing care and acting with compassion. As his team worked through the house, professionalism, care and compassion continued. They took the time to separate out items of value (photographs, unopened items, etc.) for my family to go through, as well as worked to locate particular items that we wanted (i.e. jewelry and a book of sentimental value). Derek kept in contact daily and provided updates. The job was done quickly and efficiently and exceeded our expectations.

When my mother passed away, Derek and his team were asked to remove everything from the house. She had been a hoarder and the house was filled with all the things she couldn't get rid of, even though most of it was useless (e.g. piles of news papers she intend to recycle). Over the course of 3 days, the team removed everything including carpets and improved the look of the house tremendously. My sister-in-law was on site to help decide which items were kept and which were to be put in the dumpster and that sped things along. Derek was upfront on any limitations of what they could do, but they did everything that we needed. Thank you!
