Inherited a building with an apartment in the basement that had hoarders in it for approx. 9 yrs. with 18 cats. Contacted Derrick at Bio One and he came about 30 miles to give us an estimate. He stated could clear it up in 1 day which he and his team did. They came back a couple days later to disinfect the building. They surpassed our expectations. Bio-One helped our family through a home cleanout of my late MIL's house. It had a lifetime of personal possessions in it along with a lot of clutter, furniture, and garbage. They were extremely professional, efficient, polite, good with communication, and honest to work with. They explained their work process thoroughly before the work began and throughout the entire clean-out process. Dumpsters were efficiently managed each day and the exterior of the property was kept tidy while the house was being emptied out. It's not easy to be discreet about a 22' dumpster parked outside a house but they brought respect to the process throughout each day of work. Bio one of Omaha came in and cleaned out my fireplace from bat droppings. I cannot say enough good things about this company. They were extremely professional. Told me how to prepare my living room for the work they were going to do. Cleaned out all the bat droppings and disinfected my fireplace so that I did not have to worry about any germs residing in it. In fact after they got done fogging my fireplace I can say my living room was the freshest smelling spot in my house. I highly recommend them or any nasty job that you may have and that's the highest compliment I can give them!

One of the most professional company's I've dealt with not just in ther profession but all around. They knew I lived out of town and had to give them keys to the property and they text or called me when they were coming and leaving place weather going to lunch or finishing up for the day along with describing to me what they were doing and calling me to let me know that there were things that were unforseen that needed attending too.
