When my mother passed away, Derek and his team were asked to remove everything from the house. She had been a hoarder and the house was filled with all the things she couldn't get rid of, even though most of it was useless (e.g. piles of news papers she intend to recycle). Over the course of 3 days, the team removed everything including carpets and improved the look of the house tremendously. My sister-in-law was on site to help decide which items were kept and which were to be put in the dumpster and that sped things along. Derek was upfront on any limitations of what they could do, but they did everything that we needed. Thank you!

These guys were awesome to work with! Very responsive, reasonable pricing (like half the cost of the other quote we got), and our shed is like new. I asked lots of questions, and got straight answers. They were also patient and never rushed or pressured us for business. We had some mice get in last summer or fall, and needed that all cleaned out/the smell removed. I didn’t have to lift a finger - the crew removed what we needed taken out, cleaned and put everything back in an orderly fashion. God forbid i ever have a mess like that to be cleaned again, but if I do, I would 100% hire bio one again

Inherited a building with an apartment in the basement that had hoarders in it for approx. 9 yrs. with 18 cats. Contacted Derrick at Bio One and he came about 30 miles to give us an estimate. He stated could clear it up in 1 day which he and his team did. They came back a couple days later to disinfect the building. They surpassed our expectations.
