"Recently came into possession of a home that had previously been owned by a hoarder. The problem was not only overwhelming but very sensitive as well provided the former owner asked to be involved in the identification of possessions that they wished to retain. Admittedly I had no idea how to begin such a massive project and started to call specialists (I had no idea this industry existed). After several underwhelming calls and subsequent bids, I found Cory Flores of Bio-One of Orange. He promptly came to the property to evaluate. I am so grateful to Cory and his team for the clean up on a family member's condo. They were quick to respond to questions and acted professionally from start to finish. I appreciate the completeness of the clean out, the fairness of their pricing, and the ease of communication. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for help with a clean up, big or small.

Our travel trailer was broken into and lived in for up to 2 weeks by a homeless person. He trashed it pretty good! He smoked in it and left cigarette burns on the floor and counters. Feces all over the bathroom and used condoms in the bedroom. Needless to say, my wife and I were pretty freaked out! We called Cory at Bio One. He came out and gave us an estimate to clean it up. Could not guarantee the cigarette smell would be gone, but reassured us the rest would clean up nicely. We had problems with the insurance company on what they would pay on. Went back and forth for 3 months. Cory stuck by our side and went above and beyond! When we finally settled, Cory's crew came to our storage yard and did a very thorough job cleaning it up. The smell is gone also! I can't say enough about Cory and his crew! Very thorough, very professional. Recommend them 100%. Thanks Cory!!
