Everyone here is amazing. All compassionate and extremely helpful. I called them for help with a family member and they came to my rescue next day. They even squeezed me in an additional day to make sure the job got done properly. I’m super grateful to them all. Highly recommended.

"Recently came into possession of a home that had previously been owned by a hoarder. The problem was not only overwhelming but very sensitive as well provided the former owner asked to be involved in the identification of possessions that they wished to retain. Admittedly I had no idea how to begin such a massive project and started to call specialists (I had no idea this industry existed). After several underwhelming calls and subsequent bids, I found Cory Flores of Bio-One of Orange. He promptly came to the property to evaluate. I immediately knew he was different from the others I had met. Cory was professional, empathetic, and fair. After selecting him for the job, he and his team did absolutely spectacular work on the home, going above and beyond in almost all aspects of the project --- cleaning, dealing with the former owner, accessibility, communication, and general time to complete. Cory helped with all the clearing of our property in Buena Park. It is was a massive project and his team was up to the task. Cory got it done in a record time and his fees were half of what other companies quoted me. He also did a few things to help out above and beyond without changing the quote. Very grateful to him.

Crew showed up right on time and did a very good job in cleaning up a deceased relative’s home. I appreciate how they followed my request in setting aside some personal items as they were found. I will use this service again and would gladly recommend them.

Cory of Bio-One ot Orange was so compassionate and helpful - I felt comfortable from the first conversation and later with the team of four men who came to do the job. Nobody was judgemental of me. They were very discreet as i requested. I am so glad they came to help me with my home!! They were SO competent and thorough and detail-oriented! They followed my suggestions as I made them. They did a great job of asking what I wanted to throw away. They did much on their own, they cleaned what I didn't even think of them to clean - what great surprises! Each of the team members were so polite and helpful and hard-working. Each of them had wonderful attitudes! It was easy for me to talk with them. After I told them what I wanted done, they often were able to be self-directed. I totally am happy to refer them to people needing any size job done, I was so impressed with everyone and everything!!
