"Recently came into possession of a home that had previously been owned by a hoarder. The problem was not only overwhelming but very sensitive as well provided the former owner asked to be involved in the identification of possessions that they wished to retain. Admittedly I had no idea how to begin such a massive project and started to call specialists (I had no idea this industry existed). Bio-One was a lifesaver for my husband and I. They promptly responded quickly and with SUCH compassion and care!! We used their services to clean our elderly fathers apartment after a very severe fall. I highly recommend Bio-One and their expert staff! Thank you for being caring and compassionate, and offering many solutions during such a difficult time! After they came, the apartment smelled amazing and it was so clean and organized. They had to sift through paperwork, documents, trash, etc (the apartment was NOT in good shape whatsoever) and they put anything important aside for us so we would not lose anything. Such a relief to have this weight lifted off our shoulders and to know that our father in law would return to a clean, disinfectd, and organized home.
