I had a situation where I needed a cleaning because the resident had passed away in the house and wasn’t found right away. Corey handled the situation with care and compassion, was out quickly to get it done and was more than reasonably priced. I also hired them to clean the house out, and they did a great job and were great at working around some challenges we had. I would hire them again in a heartbeat!

Cory and his team cleared my brother's property in Anaheim and they did a fabulous job. I met him at the property and he was able to get me a price estimate right away. I got a few quotes from other vendors and Bio-One was the most competitive bid I received. He was also able to put me on the schedule 2 days later. Through the job, Cory was at the property with his team and he handled things perfectly.
