Cory of Bio-One ot Orange was so compassionate and helpful - I felt comfortable from the first conversation and later with the team of four men who came to do the job. Nobody was judgemental of me. They were very discreet as i requested. I am so glad they came to help me with my home!! They were SO competent and thorough and detail-oriented! They followed my suggestions as I made them. They did a great job of asking what I wanted to throw away. They did much on their own, they cleaned what I didn't even think of them to clean - what great surprises! Each of the team members were so polite and helpful and hard-working. Each of them had wonderful attitudes! It was easy for me to talk with them. After I told them what I wanted done, they often were able to be self-directed. I totally am happy to refer them to people needing any size job done, I was so impressed with everyone and everything!! The best customer service! My Uncle's house was in serious need of clean-up. I called & Bio-One answered right away. I couldn't believe how quick and easy the whole process was. Glad I didn't have to tackle that place on my own.

Effective and conscientious service, would recommend if any friends need similar service

I had a situation where I needed a cleaning because the resident had passed away in the house and wasn’t found right away. Corey handled the situation with care and compassion, was out quickly to get it done and was more than reasonably priced. I also hired them to clean the house out, and they did a great job and were great at working around some challenges we had. I would hire them again in a heartbeat!

Crew showed up right on time and did a very good job in cleaning up a deceased relative’s home. I appreciate how they followed my request in setting aside some personal items as they were found. I will use this service again and would gladly recommend them.

Requested an estimate today for what was arguably a non-issue and they were at my residence within 2 hours with a very kind and polite two man team. They inspected, gave a concise report of any issues and even cleaned up an area for free! Couldn't be happier with their service. Corey is a delight to work with as well!
