I've worked with Bio-One twice; once to clean out the home of my uncle, who hoarded items + animals, and another to help clear out my mom's garage! It took a while to convince my mom her garage needed some help; but I managed to persuade her because of how how impressed we were with Bio-One the first time. Cory made coordinating really easy. Big shout out to David R. & the team! They were patient, sensitive and accommodating - my mom for sure loved them. She's been so thrilled now that it's cleaned out; it's made a huge difference and we were able to find some papers and photos that had been missing for ages. I highly recommend them, especially if you have immigrant parents who have a hard time letting go of things!

Corey and his Team were very professional in dealing with the scene. He was very empathetic as we went through the options available to us. We determined the best course of action and it was executed flawlessly. I appreciated his understanding and concern for our loss.

"Recently came into possession of a home that had previously been owned by a hoarder. The problem was not only overwhelming but very sensitive as well provided the former owner asked to be involved in the identification of possessions that they wished to retain. Admittedly I had no idea how to begin such a massive project and started to call specialists (I had no idea this industry existed). After several underwhelming calls and subsequent bids, I found Cory Flores of Bio-One of Orange. He promptly came to the property to evaluate. Cory of Bio-One ot Orange was so compassionate and helpful - I felt comfortable from the first conversation and later with the team of four men who came to do the job. Nobody was judgemental of me. They were very discreet as i requested. I am so glad they came to help me with my home!! They were SO competent and thorough and detail-oriented! They followed my suggestions as I made them. They did a great job of asking what I wanted to throw away. They did much on their own, they cleaned what I didn't even think of them to clean - what great surprises! Each of the team members were so polite and helpful and hard-working. Each of them had wonderful attitudes! It was easy for me to talk with them. After I told them what I wanted done, they often were able to be self-directed. I totally am happy to refer them to people needing any size job done, I was so impressed with everyone and everything!! The service providers were very nice and well equipped, knowledgeable and efficient. They left the rooms looking spotless.

The Bio-One team did an incredible job cleaning out my uncle's home! They removed all the old furniture, carpet/flooring, and food and disinfectd the entire place. This job would have taken my family and me weeks to complete alone, they finished it in two days. After everything was cleared out they cleaned the walls, bathrooms, and kitchen. I couldn't recommend their services enough!
