When one is in need of these services a everyday person like myself did not know where to start. I did what most do and used google and found Bio-One. They came out and did a full estimate, where very professional to the home owner, and explained everything without a problem. There service was just completed and I am impressed. Joe from Bio-One was recommended by a family friend and I am so glad we called him. Joe was very professional and patient with us during what was an incredibly stressful time. I've never had a sewer water issue in the 10 years we've lived in our home and I had no idea what the clean up process would entail (or cost). He had a calming personality and was patient in explaining his process and answering my questions. I was at work the day Joe came out to evaluate our basement and provide a quote for the clean up, but my husband confirmed Joe was excellent to work with. As my husband walked him through the affected space he explained the process and necessary steps.
