Due to the wonderful reviews I called Kevin when we were in dire need after an unexpected tragedy. He was fast engaging and professional all at the same time! He was a bright spot during a horrible ordeal! He cleaned up beyond our expectations!

Kevin and the Bio team was absolutely outstanding—prompt, professional, and completely judgment-free. His approach made my family and me feel comfortable and confident that we had made the right choice. Our property was severely infested with mice, and now it looks absolutely fabulous. I called Bio-One to clean up an old rodent infestation in my basement. From the first point of contact, Kevin was responsive, courteous and professional. The clean up took one day, in which they stripped out the drop ceiling I wanted removed, and cleaned and sanitized every (and I mean EVERY) inch of my basement from floor to ceiling. They even tidied up the storage bins and other items on the shelves to look immaculate. Decades of dust, cobwebs, rodent waste and nesting was completely cleansed from every corner—and best of all I didn’t have to see any of it on its way out! They are very discrete with removal and disposal. The team went above and beyond my expectations and I would highly recommend them to anyone! I don’t have to be afraid of my basement anymore.

Don’t shop around. Kevin is your guy! Kevin was incredible. He went above and beyond any other company I have ever worked with in this realm. He doesn’t nickel and dime you and is worth every penny. Kevin is reliable, hard-working, efficient yet thorough, thoughtful, realistic, communicative, and most of all, kind. My elderly Aunt was living in a hoarding situation with a debilitating disease. Kevin took the time to chat with me about what we were looking for in terms of clean up for her and then he met with her individually to go over details and strategy. He didn’t judge her or make her feel any kind of negative way. He eased her about the situation and promised he would take care of it in a way that worked for her. We cannot thank him enough. You can 100% rely on Kevin. He is truly the best!

Contacting BioOne was the best call I ever made in the midnight hour 🥹 Depression had me in a very dark place, and I know I needed help. I explained to Kevin I was struggling with cluttering and battling my arch nemesis the laundry. I was treated with such compassion, professionalism, and respect. While the tech was helping me sort through the decluttering process, every moment of progress was met with words of encouragement and positivity. At one point I broke down crying because I was finally in the present and I realized I had 6 months worth of laundry and I had no idea where to start. It’s one thing to have a company come in to service a client and leave them to continue the cycle of losing control. However, Kevin/ Bio One left me with a laundry sorting system so I can manage laundry to avoid falling back to the dark place I was. I plan on using them again in the future as I prepare for a future move.

Bio-One of Rochester is an amazing company. My in-laws had someone watching their home while they were in Florida for the winter. Unfortunately, that person never checked the house and they came home to an infestation of mice which had infiltrated every single room in the house and made it unlivable. My wife called Kevin and he came right out and surveyed the situation. He came up with a plan, worked with the exterminator and then got to work cleaning. They cleaned every inch of the house, including taking every book off the shelves, every piece of clothing, bedding and even cleaned every drawer in the home. We can not say enough about the work Kevin and Bio-One of Rochester did, he literally gave my in-laws their home back, and in amazing condition. And to top it off Kevin and his team were extremely nice and easy to work with. We highly recommend Kevin and Bio-One of Rochester, you will be thrilled with their services.
