Contacting BioOne was the best call I ever made in the midnight hour 🥹 Depression had me in a very dark place, and I know I needed help. I explained to Kevin I was struggling with cluttering and battling my arch nemesis the laundry. I was treated with such compassion, professionalism, and respect. While the tech was helping me sort through the decluttering process, every moment of progress was met with words of encouragement and positivity. At one point I broke down crying because I was finally in the present and I realized I had 6 months worth of laundry and I had no idea where to start. It’s one thing to have a company come in to service a client and leave them to continue the cycle of losing control. However, Kevin/ Bio One left me with a laundry sorting system so I can manage laundry to avoid falling back to the dark place I was. I plan on using them again in the future as I prepare for a future move.

I wouldn’t even bother calling another company. These are THE guys to use. A definite 5+ when it comes to communication and execution. Kevin and his crew could not be any kinder or understanding. I’d use them again in a heartbeat. In a word … OUTSTANDING.

Don’t shop around. Kevin is your guy! Kevin was incredible. He went above and beyond any other company I have ever worked with in this realm. He doesn’t nickel and dime you and is worth every penny. Kevin is reliable, hard-working, efficient yet thorough, thoughtful, realistic, communicative, and most of all, kind. My elderly Aunt was living in a hoarding situation with a debilitating disease. Kevin took the time to chat with me about what we were looking for in terms of clean up for her and then he met with her individually to go over details and strategy. He didn’t judge her or make her feel any kind of negative way. He eased her about the situation and promised he would take care of it in a way that worked for her. We cannot thank him enough. You can 100% rely on Kevin. He is truly the best!

Kevin was AMAZING to work with! Extremely responsive and easy to get a hold of. He was able to get my job in quickly and was in and out in a day. He had Amanda helping him and they were both detail oriented and went above and beyond. Amanda even wiped down some shelving units in the basement for me. I had planned on doing this but never mentioned it to them. Great communication, great work, thoughtful people, and a joy to do business with. 10/10 would recommend.

I had a great experience with Kevin for a recent basement cleaning. After my initial call, he was able to come out for an assessment and quote the very next day, which was impressive, especially since my service wasn't an emergency. He then scheduled the job for just over a week later. Kevin walked me through his process before starting (including talking about his cleaning agents), and then, after completing the work, he showed me the finished areas using a scope camera. Kevin worked hard throughout the day and provided clear communication which was appreciated. The price was all inclusive and there was no nickel and diming for all the work performed. I called Bio-One to clean up an old rodent infestation in my basement. From the first point of contact, Kevin was responsive, courteous and professional. The clean up took one day, in which they stripped out the drop ceiling I wanted removed, and cleaned and sanitized every (and I mean EVERY) inch of my basement from floor to ceiling. They even tidied up the storage bins and other items on the shelves to look immaculate. Decades of dust, cobwebs, rodent waste and nesting was completely cleansed from every corner—and best of all I didn’t have to see any of it on its way out! They are very discrete with removal and disposal. The team went above and beyond my expectations and I would highly recommend them to anyone! I don’t have to be afraid of my basement anymore.

Kevin was very professional and did great work cleaning up my garage after a raccoon family took up residence in it. Work was completed in the time frame estimated during quote, and final price was the same as quoted. It was a very thoughtfully and thoroughly done job. Would highly recommend for any bio-related cleaning needs.
