My experience with Bio-One of Rochester is limited to my interactions with and observations of the company's owner, and I cannot express in this medium what a professional, thorough, and thoughtful person Kevin is. His attention to detail and being such a careful listener will help ease stress.

I called Bio-One to clean up an old rodent infestation in my basement. From the first point of contact, Kevin was responsive, courteous and professional. The clean up took one day, in which they stripped out the drop ceiling I wanted removed, and cleaned and sanitized every (and I mean EVERY) inch of my basement from floor to ceiling. They even tidied up the storage bins and other items on the shelves to look immaculate. Decades of dust, cobwebs, rodent waste and nesting was completely cleansed from every corner—and best of all I didn’t have to see any of it on its way out! They are very discrete with removal and disposal. The team went above and beyond my expectations and I would highly recommend them to anyone! I don’t have to be afraid of my basement anymore.

Unfortunately there may be a time crime scene services are needed. Bio-One will leave fully habitable / operational property with complete discretion and unmarked vehicles at any special requests. They also work with your insurance company. The owner Kevin, is the most considerate and compassionate person for the job. Attention to detail is key and he possesses that quality.

Kevin and Amanda literally saved us. Firstly, I called Kevin in a frenzy after 6 PM on a weekday because we discovered mouse and rat feces all over our belongings in our rental. He listened to our concerns and was very pleasant to speak to from the start. He came to provide us with an initial overview within a couple working days. He was very kind and thorough and his inspection of the space that needed help. He He provided the estimate very quickly and he gave us time that we needed to go over everything in detail and answered any questions that we had. We scheduled with him and he was able to come so quickly with his colleague. The work was done incredibly meticulously and they finished ahead of schedule. They were incredibly conscientious of our needs and time, and always notified us of everything going on every step of the way. They truly went above and beyond. They helped us so much and we are incredibly grateful. We are almost sad that we are moving away from his region in case we ever needed him again because we would not hesitate to call Kevin if we needed future decontamination services. Don’t shop around. Kevin is your guy! Kevin was incredible. He went above and beyond any other company I have ever worked with in this realm. He doesn’t nickel and dime you and is worth every penny. Kevin is reliable, hard-working, efficient yet thorough, thoughtful, realistic, communicative, and most of all, kind. My elderly Aunt was living in a hoarding situation with a debilitating disease. Kevin took the time to chat with me about what we were looking for in terms of clean up for her and then he met with her individually to go over details and strategy. He didn’t judge her or make her feel any kind of negative way. He eased her about the situation and promised he would take care of it in a way that worked for her. We cannot thank him enough. You can 100% rely on Kevin. He is truly the best!
