My experience with Bio-One of Rochester is limited to my interactions with and observations of the company's owner, and I cannot express in this medium what a professional, thorough, and thoughtful person Kevin is. His attention to detail and being such a careful listener will help ease stress.

Attempting to write this, I’m overcome with emotion. Like many, my family met Kevin at a time of extreme sadness and loss. Kevin was a beacon of light during a very dark time. I am extremely grateful for not only the professional services he provided my family, but also for his kind, warm, and caring nature. You can tell this isn’t about a paycheck for Kevin, as he goes above and beyond for his clients. He was easy to reach 24/7, extremely communicative, transparent, efficient, and paramount to me- he led with empathy. He impressed us so much with the bio clean he competed, that we didn’t hesitate to hire him to clean out the remainder of my father’s estate after he passed. Kevin- thank you SO much from the bottom of our hearts! Words can’t express just how thankful we are for you!!!

Don’t shop around. Kevin is your guy! Kevin was incredible. He went above and beyond any other company I have ever worked with in this realm. He doesn’t nickel and dime you and is worth every penny. Kevin is reliable, hard-working, efficient yet thorough, thoughtful, realistic, communicative, and most of all, kind. My elderly Aunt was living in a hoarding situation with a debilitating disease. Kevin took the time to chat with me about what we were looking for in terms of clean up for her and then he met with her individually to go over details and strategy. He didn’t judge her or make her feel any kind of negative way. He eased her about the situation and promised he would take care of it in a way that worked for her. We cannot thank him enough. You can 100% rely on Kevin. He is truly the best!

I had a great experience with Kevin for a recent basement cleaning. After my initial call, he was able to come out for an assessment and quote the very next day, which was impressive, especially since my service wasn't an emergency. He then scheduled the job for just over a week later. Kevin walked me through his process before starting (including talking about his cleaning agents), and then, after completing the work, he showed me the finished areas using a scope camera. Kevin worked hard throughout the day and provided clear communication which was appreciated. The price was all inclusive and there was no nickel and diming for all the work performed. Kevin was very professional and did great work cleaning up my garage after a raccoon family took up residence in it. Work was completed in the time frame estimated during quote, and final price was the same as quoted. It was a very thoughtfully and thoroughly done job. Would highly recommend for any bio-related cleaning needs.

Bio-One of Rochester is an amazing company. My in-laws had someone watching their home while they were in Florida for the winter. Unfortunately, that person never checked the house and they came home to an infestation of mice which had infiltrated every single room in the house and made it unlivable. My wife called Kevin and he came right out and surveyed the situation. He came up with a plan, worked with the exterminator and then got to work cleaning. They cleaned every inch of the house, including taking every book off the shelves, every piece of clothing, bedding and even cleaned every drawer in the home. We can not say enough about the work Kevin and Bio-One of Rochester did, he literally gave my in-laws their home back, and in amazing condition. And to top it off Kevin and his team were extremely nice and easy to work with. We highly recommend Kevin and Bio-One of Rochester, you will be thrilled with their services.

Kevin and Amanda did an incredible cleaning job for us. Our house had accumulated years of rodent damage primarily in two rooms. The two of them fully removed the drop ceiling tiles and hardware, disposed of all of the soiled insulation, and fully sanitized EVERYTHING in both rooms efficiently and professionally. Kevin was an absolute gem to work with from start to finish and I highly recommend calling him for any and all of your deep cleaning needs!
