I wouldn’t even bother calling another company. These are THE guys to use. A definite 5+ when it comes to communication and execution. Kevin and his crew could not be any kinder or understanding. I’d use them again in a heartbeat. In a word … OUTSTANDING.

Although I did not use this company, I will say that Keith exudes professionalism. He promptly returned my phone call. Made an appointment for an estimate. And then proceeded to communicate effectively that on he was unable to keep our appointment due to emergency responses, and offered to reschedule for the following week. Due to the prompt and continuous communication, I would recommend anyone give this company a call.

Kevin and Bio-One were amazing! He was so friendly and respectful. The work they did was amazing and done in a timely manner. They were worth every penny. We highly recommend their service. The services they provide were literally life changing!

We engaged Bio-One to clean a relative's home because she needed to move into a nursing home. They did a top-notch job and got the property ready to go on the market. Great communication and thorough work, including identifying and saving important documents and memorabilia. This process is difficult and they handled it with empathy and compassion.

Kevin and Amanda literally saved us. Firstly, I called Kevin in a frenzy after 6 PM on a weekday because we discovered mouse and rat feces all over our belongings in our rental. He listened to our concerns and was very pleasant to speak to from the start. He came to provide us with an initial overview within a couple working days. He was very kind and thorough and his inspection of the space that needed help. He He provided the estimate very quickly and he gave us time that we needed to go over everything in detail and answered any questions that we had. We scheduled with him and he was able to come so quickly with his colleague. The work was done incredibly meticulously and they finished ahead of schedule. They were incredibly conscientious of our needs and time, and always notified us of everything going on every step of the way. They truly went above and beyond. They helped us so much and we are incredibly grateful. We are almost sad that we are moving away from his region in case we ever needed him again because we would not hesitate to call Kevin if we needed future decontamination services. This company was ""Absolutely Amazing"", I needed some assistance desperately in a timely fashion. I reached out to Kevin he met with me within hours. He browsed through the entire property. He gave me an estimate, very reasonable. He started the project promptly. And I would sincerely recommend him if you want the job done right. He had an ""AMAZING"" team hands on deck !!!! I called Bio-One to clean up an old rodent infestation in my basement. From the first point of contact, Kevin was responsive, courteous and professional. The clean up took one day, in which they stripped out the drop ceiling I wanted removed, and cleaned and sanitized every (and I mean EVERY) inch of my basement from floor to ceiling. They even tidied up the storage bins and other items on the shelves to look immaculate. Decades of dust, cobwebs, rodent waste and nesting was completely cleansed from every corner—and best of all I didn’t have to see any of it on its way out! They are very discrete with removal and disposal. The team went above and beyond my expectations and I would highly recommend them to anyone! I don’t have to be afraid of my basement anymore.

Don’t shop around. Kevin is your guy! Kevin was incredible. He went above and beyond any other company I have ever worked with in this realm. He doesn’t nickel and dime you and is worth every penny. Kevin is reliable, hard-working, efficient yet thorough, thoughtful, realistic, communicative, and most of all, kind. My elderly Aunt was living in a hoarding situation with a debilitating disease. Kevin took the time to chat with me about what we were looking for in terms of clean up for her and then he met with her individually to go over details and strategy. He didn’t judge her or make her feel any kind of negative way. He eased her about the situation and promised he would take care of it in a way that worked for her. We cannot thank him enough.
