Kevin was very professional and did great work cleaning up my garage after a raccoon family took up residence in it. Work was completed in the time frame estimated during quote, and final price was the same as quoted. It was a very thoughtfully and thoroughly done job. Would highly recommend for any bio-related cleaning needs.

I had a great experience with Kevin for a recent basement cleaning. After my initial call, he was able to come out for an assessment and quote the very next day, which was impressive, especially since my service wasn't an emergency. He then scheduled the job for just over a week later. Kevin walked me through his process before starting (including talking about his cleaning agents), and then, after completing the work, he showed me the finished areas using a scope camera. Kevin worked hard throughout the day and provided clear communication which was appreciated. The price was all inclusive and there was no nickel and diming for all the work performed. Kevin and Amanda literally saved us. Firstly, I called Kevin in a frenzy after 6 PM on a weekday because we discovered mouse and rat feces all over our belongings in our rental. He listened to our concerns and was very pleasant to speak to from the start. He came to provide us with an initial overview within a couple working days. He was very kind and thorough and his inspection of the space that needed help. He He provided the estimate very quickly and he gave us time that we needed to go over everything in detail and answered any questions that we had. We scheduled with him and he was able to come so quickly with his colleague. The work was done incredibly meticulously and they finished ahead of schedule. They were incredibly conscientious of our needs and time, and always notified us of everything going on every step of the way. They truly went above and beyond. They helped us so much and we are incredibly grateful. We are almost sad that we are moving away from his region in case we ever needed him again because we would not hesitate to call Kevin if we needed future decontamination services. Don’t shop around. Kevin is your guy! Kevin was incredible. He went above and beyond any other company I have ever worked with in this realm. He doesn’t nickel and dime you and is worth every penny. Kevin is reliable, hard-working, efficient yet thorough, thoughtful, realistic, communicative, and most of all, kind. My elderly Aunt was living in a hoarding situation with a debilitating disease. Kevin took the time to chat with me about what we were looking for in terms of clean up for her and then he met with her individually to go over details and strategy. He didn’t judge her or make her feel any kind of negative way. He eased her about the situation and promised he would take care of it in a way that worked for her. We cannot thank him enough. You can 100% rely on Kevin. He is truly the best!

Although I did not use this company, I will say that Keith exudes professionalism. He promptly returned my phone call. Made an appointment for an estimate. And then proceeded to communicate effectively that on he was unable to keep our appointment due to emergency responses, and offered to reschedule for the following week. Due to the prompt and continuous communication, I would recommend anyone give this company a call.

We engaged Bio-One to clean a relative's home because she needed to move into a nursing home. They did a top-notch job and got the property ready to go on the market. Great communication and thorough work, including identifying and saving important documents and memorabilia. This process is difficult and they handled it with empathy and compassion.

Due to the wonderful reviews I called Kevin when we were in dire need after an unexpected tragedy. He was fast engaging and professional all at the same time! He was a bright spot during a horrible ordeal! He cleaned up beyond our expectations!
