My experience with Bio-One of Rochester is limited to my interactions with and observations of the company's owner, and I cannot express in this medium what a professional, thorough, and thoughtful person Kevin is. His attention to detail and being such a careful listener will help ease stress.

I had a great experience with Kevin for a recent basement cleaning. After my initial call, he was able to come out for an assessment and quote the very next day, which was impressive, especially since my service wasn't an emergency. He then scheduled the job for just over a week later. Kevin walked me through his process before starting (including talking about his cleaning agents), and then, after completing the work, he showed me the finished areas using a scope camera. Kevin worked hard throughout the day and provided clear communication which was appreciated. The price was all inclusive and there was no nickel and diming for all the work performed. I definitely recommend Bio-One's services

Kevin is reliable, hard-working, efficient yet thorough, thoughtful, realistic, communicative, and most of all, kind. My elderly Aunt was living in a hoarding situation with a debilitating disease. Kevin took the time to chat with me about what we were looking for in terms of clean up for her and then he met with her individually to go over details and strategy. He didn’t judge her or make her feel any kind of negative way. He eased her about the situation and promised he would take care of it in a way that worked for her. We cannot thank him enough. You can 100% rely on Kevin. He is truly the best!

Unfortunately there may be a time crime scene services are needed. Bio-One will leave fully habitable / operational property with complete discretion and unmarked vehicles at any special requests. They also work with your insurance company. The owner Kevin, is the most considerate and compassionate person for the job. Attention to detail is key and he possesses that quality.

Kevin approaches every aspect of his life with kindness, compassion, empathy and after careful observation, a plan for how to leave the situation better than he found it. I cannot think of a better prepared person to handle complex, delicate situations than him.

We engaged Bio-One to clean a relative's home because she needed to move into a nursing home. They did a top-notch job and got the property ready to go on the market. Great communication and thorough work, including identifying and saving important documents and memorabilia. This process is difficult and they handled it with empathy and compassion.

Attempting to write this, I’m overcome with emotion. Like many, my family met Kevin at a time of extreme sadness and loss. Kevin was a beacon of light during a very dark time. I am extremely grateful for not only the professional services he provided my family, but also for his kind, warm, and caring nature. You can tell this isn’t about a paycheck for Kevin, as he goes above and beyond for his clients.
