When I read the reviews before calling them, I wondered if they were real, and they most certainly are. Don't hesitate, they will take good care of you!

Kevin and Amanda literally saved us. Firstly, I called Kevin in a frenzy after 6 PM on a weekday because we discovered mouse and rat feces all over our belongings in our rental. He listened to our concerns and was very pleasant to speak to from the start. He came to provide us with an initial overview within a couple working days. He was very kind and thorough and his inspection of the space that needed help. He He provided the estimate very quickly and he gave us time that we needed to go over everything in detail and answered any questions that we had. We scheduled with him and he was able to come so quickly with his colleague. The work was done incredibly meticulously and they finished ahead of schedule. They were incredibly conscientious of our needs and time, and always notified us of everything going on every step of the way. They truly went above and beyond. They helped us so much and we are incredibly grateful. We are almost sad that we are moving away from his region in case we ever needed him again because we would not hesitate to call Kevin if we needed future decontamination services. Kevin and his team helped our family in a time of need. Business name says Rochester but they can come to Buffalo and surrounding areas! After my dad was rushed to the ER after losing a lot of blood, we had a big mess to clean up and furniture was not salvageable. Simultaneously, we were at the hospital caring for our loved one. Kevin and his team were able to provide an estimate same day and was available the next afternoon for the job. They removed damaged furniture, cleaned the floors and tiles, and were very kind. This took a huge weight off our shoulders. I hope we never have to use this service again but if we do, I will call Kevin.

Attempting to write this, I’m overcome with emotion. Like many, my family met Kevin at a time of extreme sadness and loss. Kevin was a beacon of light during a very dark time. I am extremely grateful for not only the professional services he provided my family, but also for his kind, warm, and caring nature. You can tell this isn’t about a paycheck for Kevin, as he goes above and beyond for his clients. He was easy to reach 24/7, extremely communicative, transparent, efficient, and paramount to me- he led with empathy. He impressed us so much with the bio clean he competed, that we didn’t hesitate to hire him to clean out the remainder of my father’s estate after he passed. I had a great experience with Kevin for a recent basement cleaning. After my initial call, he was able to come out for an assessment and quote the very next day, which was impressive, especially since my service wasn't an emergency. He then scheduled the job for just over a week later. Kevin walked me through his process before starting (including talking about his cleaning agents), and then, after completing the work, he showed me the finished areas using a scope camera. Kevin worked hard throughout the day and provided clear communication which was appreciated. The price was all inclusive and there was no nickel and diming for all the work performed. I called Bio-One to clean up an old rodent infestation in my basement. From the first point of contact, Kevin was responsive, courteous and professional. The clean up took one day, in which they stripped out the drop ceiling I wanted removed, and cleaned and sanitized every (and I mean EVERY) inch of my basement from floor to ceiling. They even tidied up the storage bins and other items on the shelves to look immaculate. Decades of dust, cobwebs, rodent waste and nesting was completely cleansed from every corner—and best of all I didn’t have to see any of it on its way out! They are very discrete with removal and disposal. The team went above and beyond my expectations and I would highly recommend them to anyone! I don’t have to be afraid of my basement anymore.
