Kevin is reliable, hard-working, efficient yet thorough, thoughtful, realistic, communicative, and most of all, kind. My elderly Aunt was living in a hoarding situation with a debilitating disease. Kevin took the time to chat with me about what we were looking for in terms of clean up for her and then he met with her individually to go over details and strategy. He didn’t judge her or make her feel any kind of negative way. He eased her about the situation and promised he would take care of it in a way that worked for her. We cannot thank him enough. You can 100% rely on Kevin. He is truly the best!

Although I did not use this company, I will say that Keith exudes professionalism. He promptly returned my phone call. Made an appointment for an estimate. And then proceeded to communicate effectively that on he was unable to keep our appointment due to emergency responses, and offered to reschedule for the following week. Due to the prompt and continuous communication, I would recommend anyone give this company a call.

Unfortunately there may be a time crime scene services are needed. Bio-One will leave fully habitable / operational property with complete discretion and unmarked vehicles at any special requests. They also work with your insurance company. The owner Kevin, is the most considerate and compassionate person for the job. Attention to detail is key and he possesses that quality.

Attempting to write this, I’m overcome with emotion. Like many, my family met Kevin at a time of extreme sadness and loss. Kevin was a beacon of light during a very dark time. I am extremely grateful for not only the professional services he provided my family, but also for his kind, warm, and caring nature. You can tell this isn’t about a paycheck for Kevin, as he goes above and beyond for his clients. He was easy to reach 24/7, extremely communicative, transparent, efficient, and paramount to me- he led with empathy. He impressed us so much with the bio clean he competed, that we didn’t hesitate to hire him to clean out the remainder of my father’s estate after he passed. Kevin was very professional and did great work cleaning up my garage after a raccoon family took up residence in it. Work was completed in the time frame estimated during quote, and final price was the same as quoted. It was a very thoughtfully and thoroughly done job.
