This is a wonderful company to work with. Kind, understanding and incredibly hard working and responsive, Kevin and his crew make hard work seem simple. If you ever wished that you could find help that can make a difference beyond just cleaning, this is the place. When I read the reviews before calling them, I wondered if they were real, and they most certainly are. Don't hesitate, they will take good care of you!

Kevin and his team helped our family in a time of need. Business name says Rochester but they can come to Buffalo and surrounding areas! After my dad was rushed to the ER after losing a lot of blood, we had a big mess to clean up and furniture was not salvageable. Simultaneously, we were at the hospital caring for our loved one. Kevin and his team were able to provide an estimate same day and was available the next afternoon for the job. They removed damaged furniture, cleaned the floors and tiles, and were very kind. This took a huge weight off our shoulders. I hope we never have to use this service again but if we do, I will call Kevin.

Kevin was AMAZING to work with! Extremely responsive and easy to get a hold of. He was able to get my job in quickly and was in and out in a day. He had Amanda helping him and they were both detail oriented and went above and beyond. Amanda even wiped down some shelving units in the basement for me. I had planned on doing this but never mentioned it to them. Great communication, great work, thoughtful people, and a joy to do business with. 10/10 would recommend.

I had a great experience with Kevin for a recent basement cleaning. After my initial call, he was able to come out for an assessment and quote the very next day, which was impressive, especially since my service wasn't an emergency. He then scheduled the job for just over a week later. Kevin walked me through his process before starting (including talking about his cleaning agents), and then, after completing the work, he showed me the finished areas using a scope camera. Kevin worked hard throughout the day and provided clear communication which was appreciated. The price was all inclusive and there was no nickel and diming for all the work performed. Don’t shop around. Kevin is your guy! Kevin was incredible. He went above and beyond any other company I have ever worked with in this realm. He doesn’t nickel and dime you and is worth every penny. Kevin is reliable, hard-working, efficient yet thorough, thoughtful, realistic, communicative, and most of all, kind. My elderly Aunt was living in a hoarding situation with a debilitating disease. Kevin took the time to chat with me about what we were looking for in terms of clean up for her and then he met with her individually to go over details and strategy. He didn’t judge her or make her feel any kind of negative way. He eased her about the situation and promised he would take care of it in a way that worked for her. We cannot thank him enough. You can 100% rely on Kevin. He is truly the best!

Kevin and Amanda literally saved us. Firstly, I called Kevin in a frenzy after 6 PM on a weekday because we discovered mouse and rat feces all over our belongings in our rental. He listened to our concerns and was very pleasant to speak to from the start. He came to provide us with an initial overview within a couple working days. He was very kind and thorough and his inspection of the space that needed help. He He provided the estimate very quickly and he gave us time that we needed to go over everything in detail and answered any questions that we had. We scheduled with him and he was able to come so quickly with his colleague. The work was done incredibly meticulously and they finished ahead of schedule. They were incredibly conscientious of our needs and time, and always notified us of everything going on every step of the way. They truly went above and beyond. They helped us so much and we are incredibly grateful. We are almost sad that we are moving away from his region in case we ever needed him again because we would not hesitate to call Kevin if we needed future decontamination services. Bio-One of Rochester is an amazing company. My in-laws had someone watching their home while they were in Florida for the winter. Unfortunately, that person never checked the house and they came home to an infestation of mice which had infiltrated every single room in the house and made it unlivable. My wife called Kevin and he came right out and surveyed the situation. He came up with a plan, worked with the exterminator and then got to work cleaning. They cleaned every inch of the house, including taking every book off the shelves, every piece of clothing, bedding and even cleaned every drawer in the home. We can not say enough about the work Kevin and Bio-One of Rochester did, he literally gave my in-laws their home back, and in amazing condition. And to top it off Kevin and his team were extremely nice and easy to work with. We highly recommend Kevin and Bio-One of Rochester, you will be thrilled with their services.
