My name is Kevin Kitchen, and I'm the owner of Bio-One of Rochester. I became a part of Bio-One to give back to the community and support families during personal tragedies. Through my own life experiences and the valuable lessons learned from family and friends, I've developed a deep empathy for those going through difficult times. My mission is to extend a helping hand and assist in taking those crucial first steps towards life and property recovery. My approach is built on compassion and understanding, and I am committed to restoring not only properties but also the lives and well-being of those I serve.
Kevin, Amanda, and the whole crew are AMAZING! Their compassion, dedication, communication, and attention to detail are truly far beyond what I've experienced with any other company. Kevin took the time to chat with me about what we were looking for in terms of clean up for her and then he met with her individually to go over details and strategy. Kevin and Amanda literally saved us. Firstly, I called Kevin in a frenzy after 6 PM on a weekday because we discovered mouse and rat feces all over our belongings in our rental. He listened to our concerns and was very pleasant to speak to from the start. He came to provide us with an initial overview within a couple working days. He was very kind and thorough and his inspection of the space that needed help. He He provided the estimate very quickly and he gave us time that we needed to go over everything in detail and answered any questions that we had. We scheduled with him and he was able to come so quickly with his colleague. The work was done incredibly meticulously and they finished ahead of schedule. They were incredibly conscientious of our needs and time, and always notified us of everything going on every step of the way. They truly went above and beyond. They helped us so much and we are incredibly grateful. We are almost sad that we are moving away from his region in case we ever needed him again because we would not hesitate to call Kevin if we needed future decontamination services. We highly recommend this service team and company. Do not look any further there literally incredible. We cannot thank you enough! A couple before and after photos provided.
