Seth is the absolute best! After our two dogs got skunked in our backyard and brought the odor into every room in our house, Seth was quick to respond and help us get our house back to normal. Not only was he immediately responsive, but he was also honest and fair in his help. He suggested we try some simple home remedies first to reduce the odor and then brought in his ozone treatment machine as the final step to remove any remaining odors. Seth was amazing to work with. My project was on a narrow timeline and he was very responsive and went above and beyond to provide great service. If you need help (trust me, you will) clearing the home of a hoarding relative call Bio-One. This isn't something they can do, this is their specialty. We I literally couldn't have completed the job without them. They were responsive, prompt, pleasant to work with, and cheaper than the competitors. The level of service they provided was beyond my expectations. They removed junk from inside and outside of the house, making multiple runs to the dump each day. They disposed of dead animals and vacuumed up animal droppings. They exercised discretion, setting aside potential items of value. Their knowledge was extensive and critical given the variety of unexpected items we found (a dead opossum, assorted chemicals, tires, electronics, etc.). I can't emphasize enough how helpful the team was, not only for the hard work, but also for the compassion and moral support.

Seth and his crew of Michelle Angelo Robert and Zack did an amazing job of cleaning up the biohazards in my bathrooms and master bedroom they also helped me move furniture pick up and take out all the carpeting and did a great job of cleaning up after themselves. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.
