Seth and his team did a great job addressing our issue. We had contaminated water enter our storage unit and they promptly cleaned every item that could be salvaged and disposed of the items that couldn't. They even transported the sanitized items to our new apartment for us. Very happy with their communication and service.

Seth was an awesome blessing! He was super helpful and patient with all the planning that went into cleaning my moms house out. His crew was detailed and very easy to work with. Within just a few days of the crew completing the clean out and clean up the house was on the market and sold within days! I would definitely use Bio-One of Sacramento again.

Seth is the absolute best! After our two dogs got skunked in our backyard and brought the odor into every room in our house, Seth was quick to respond and help us get our house back to normal. Not only was he immediately responsive, but he was also honest and fair in his help. He suggested we try some simple home remedies first to reduce the odor and then brought in his ozone treatment machine as the final step to remove any remaining odors. I can’t express enough how grateful we are to Seth for his genuine care and generous help. We will recommend him to any family and friends who may need odor removing services in the future!

If you need help (trust me, you will) clearing the home of a hoarding relative call Bio-One. This isn't something they can do, this is their specialty. We I literally couldn't have completed the job without them. They were responsive, prompt, pleasant to work with, and cheaper than the competitors. The level of service they provided was beyond my expectations. They removed junk from inside and outside of the house, making multiple runs to the dump each day. They disposed of dead animals and vacuumed up animal droppings. They exercised discretion, setting aside potential items of value. Their knowledge was extensive and critical given the variety of unexpected items we found (a dead opossum, assorted chemicals, tires, electronics, etc.). I can't emphasize enough how helpful the team was, not only for the hard work, but also for the compassion and moral support.

Bio one was a great company to work with! There was unfortunately a pile of human feces near my business entrance this week. They were speedy and reasonably priced compared to other bio hazard clean up companies. Thanks again Seth!

Came to clean out my garage today. Did a fantastic job Sanitizing it to make it look brand new. Definitely would recommend to anyone wanting to clean up a house. Fantastic and quick service. Friendly staff.
