I've worked in a variety of roles big and small, and always had the desire to open my own business to put all the things I've learned to work in a bigger capacity for me and my family.

Bio One did a complete biohazard cleanup of my apartment after my recent hospitalization for a highly contagious bacteria. I received several estimates and chose Bio-One because they were the most affordable for me; and, I appreciated Seth's immediate response to my inquiry for an estimate based on pictures I took. From that point on he was immediately responsive to every one of my inquiries. When he sent me the initial final estimate he worked with me to include wording on the estimate that I felt comfortable with to ensure everything I wanted to be addressed would be. I received a revised estimate with the wording I requested and the final estimate was similar to the initial estimate--with an added service for shampooing my rugs. He provided me the names of the people I should expect and Angelo, Erick, and Rob showed up just as he told me they would. Angelo was great at guiding me with their process and asking me what I wanted done. If there was a questionable item that they came across they made sure to ask me if I wanted it thrown out and gave me the time to look at the item without making me feel rushed. I feel really good about the way Erick cleaned my refridgerator and stove, the way Angelo cleaned by bathroom and patio, and the way Rob took care of addressing the rug areas I wanted cleaned. It was a 2-day job and by the end of the first day my apartment was feeling livable again. Thank you Bio-One team for making me feel comfortable during this process!

Seth and his team are absolutely AMAZING to work with. They came highly recommended from a friend of ours, who worked with them on an insulation clean up job. In September, my husband and I purchased a major fixer upper foreclosure as our first home, which came with extensive water damage and black mold in at least HALF of the home. The home is 2800 sq. ft. 😳 Though they primarily do crime scene clean up, hoarding jobs etc, Seth agreed to take us on as a client. (We set their record for biggest mold job 😆) Seth gave a thorough, consultative estimate of the project, and I didn’t feel pushed at all. Throughout the job, he remained professional, detailed, highly communicative, and flexible with our other contractors’ work. He truly felt like a business partner, which is how my husband and I prefer our working relationships! The techs assigned to perform the remediation were personable, detailed and their care for my property/concern for our health were front and center. They truly did an amazing job, from containment to cleanup. I’m so grateful for the whole experience, and the peace of mind I have because my home is mold free! Seth and his team did a great job addressing our issue. We had contaminated water enter our storage unit and they promptly cleaned every item that could be salvaged and disposed of the items that couldn't.
