Bio One did a complete biohazard cleanup of my apartment after my recent hospitalization for a highly contagious bacteria. From my first consult call, Seth, the owner, patiently answered all of my questions and addressed my concerns regarding the nature of what I was dealing with and what it would take to rectify. (I could have gotten reinfected as the spores remain for up to 5 months!) Sean is very professional and knowledgeable; and as a bonus he is a great person with maybe an untapped talent in comedy. Seth and his team are AMAZING!!! We had a difficult hoarding situation with a very dear friend and Seth was there every step of the way. From initial contact to clean up. He was so kind and patient with us while we navigated everything and he waited for us to be ready for the house to be cleaned up. Here's some before and after photos so you can all see what great work his company does.

Seth and his team did a wonderful job cleaning and hauling away unwanted items after my uncle passed away in his condo. This was a very difficult time for our family and Seth could not have been nicer. I would give Seth and Bio One 10 stars if possible. They went above and beyond.

Bio-One did a great job and 100% met our needs. They were timely and responded to the questions we had. Their team was professional and quickly and competently completed the job.

Seth was extremely responsive- got back to me within an hour on the weekend- which seems to be getting rarer and rarer these days! We were cleaning out an old gross shed, and they were able to safely haul off a bunch of junk as well as deal with rat and mice feces safely- he even was patient with my questions and explained things well. If you need help (trust me, you will) clearing the home of a hoarding relative call Bio-One. This isn't something they can do, this is their specialty. We I literally couldn't have completed the job without them. They were responsive, prompt, pleasant to work with, and cheaper than the competitors. The level of service they provided was beyond my expectations. They removed junk from inside and outside of the house, making multiple runs to the dump each day. They disposed of dead animals and vacuumed up animal droppings. They exercised discretion, setting aside potential items of value. Their knowledge was extensive and critical given the variety of unexpected items we found (a dead opossum, assorted chemicals, tires, electronics, etc.). I can't emphasize enough how helpful the team was, not only for the hard work, but also for the compassion and moral support.

Seth and his crew of Michelle Angelo Robert and Zack did an amazing job of cleaning up the biohazards in my bathrooms and master bedroom they also helped me move furniture pick up and take out all the carpeting and did a great job of cleaning up after themselves. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.
