We had the unfortunate need of Bio-One SC’s services for a suicide cleanup. They were there within an hour of me calling and did a fantastic job! They were very kind, gracious, and considerate of our situation and made every attempt to make this as pleasant as could be in a situation such as this. The insurance claim took way longer than expected and Kris was very patient and did not pressure me at all for payment which was very much appreciated. When he says, Helping 1st, Business 2nd, he truly means it! I pray that me or my family never need his services again but, if we do I wouldn’t hesitate in the least to call him again and I would recommend him to anyone. I don’t know if I can say enough about these guys. I had a room in my home that had mold in it, due to me leaving a window open and needed the touch of a professional. Kris was fast at getting an estimate and all the information I needed to send to my insurance company. He was professional and courteous the whole time, and had my room looking better than before the whole ordeal. Don’t let the description on what they do “scare” you, Kris is one of the best in the business.

Chris and the team at Bio-One Did an AMAZING job at our rental house. We have a rental house in which our previous tenants (without our permission), kept 1 dog and 7 untidy cats! I was afraid the urine and the smell would never come out. There was urine on the counters, under the washing machine, under the refrigerator, on all the baseboards, up the walls, etc... Upon our initial meeting, Chris used a black light to identify the many places where the urine contamination was. He told me there would be no urine or smell when they were finished and he was right. They treated all the surfaces and performed an ozone treatment on the HVAC system. I can honestly say that there is no pet odor whatsoever in the house anymore. Thank you Chris for delivering on your promise. I hope I never have to use your services again but if I do, you will be the one I will be calling.
