Amanda Boccardi and Megan Boccardi are the owners of Bio-One of St. Louis. Amanda and Megan both grew up in the St. Louis area. Amanda graduated from Forest Park Community College with two degrees relating to business/management and Megan graduated from Lindenwood University with a bachelors degree in Criminal Justice.
After they both served several years in law enforcement within the St. Louis County area, Amanda and Megan decided to start a new chapter in their lives by opening a Bio-One franchise to continue helping others and to remain involved in the communities around them.
They also own Bio-One of St. Charles, and Bio-One of Central Missouri, which allows them to serve the entire St. Louis area to Lake of the Ozarks.
Megan and Amanda really took care of us from the first phone call to the end. Losing a loved one is hard enough but these ladies definitely made it a little easier.

It took me years to get the courage to call someone for help. After my young son passed away I became depressed and my home became a time capsule. I could not get rid of anything because there was a memory attached to everything. I became a hoarder. When I finally took that first step, I spoke with Amanda. She was very kind and reassuring. But my anxiety kicked in and I didn't call them back to schedule anything. Almost a year later I reached out again, Amanda did not question or judge me for not calling her back. She was patient and understanding. The big day came... Hali and her team (Antonio, Corey, and Jenna) were awesome!! Hali made me feel comfortable from the moment she walked in. She was so respectful and made the whole experience bearable. A few times I started to get overwhelmed, but Hali was compassionate and patient. The whole team were very professional and personable. They also went above and beyond, hanging paintings and mirrors. And thanks to Corey my toilet finally flushes properly. My hoarding was embarrassing and overwhelming, but Amanda and Megan are wonderful, and they have a great team that changed my life."

After my parents passed, I really needed help dealing with the situation at my parents' house. It was not a one-person job. Bio-One was incredibly helpful. They didn't just help with cleaning and trash removal, they were also amazing at sorting through everything so that I could find and keep the valuables and sentimentally important heirlooms that were mixed in with everything else.
