Words cannot adequately express how amazed I am with the transformation of a family member's home, thanks to Mark, Charity and the rest of the talented crew at Bio-One of Trenton. For privacy concerns, I will withhold the details about how unlivable conditions were. Part of me thought the home would have to be condemned or completely gutted. I hoped for the best, but deep down, feared the worst. After consulting with a few service providers, I found Mark to be the most down to earth, honest, frank, and most compassionate. He provided daily updates, along with pictures. Each day, I was more and more in awe of how the house I remembered from years ago was returning to it's former condition. When all was said and done, I was almost in tears to see that the home was in the best condition that it could ever be in. It'll never be in it's original condition, just because the damage was too extensive. But it's better than I could have ever imagined and is livable again. My expectations were FAR exceeded. Thank you, Mark, Charity and the rest of the Bio-One crew!

Thank you Bio One for quick and professional service. I had just moved into the town with my two sons, Michael and Sam. We were staying with my father till we got back on our feet. What we didn't know is that our world would be turned upside down. Apparently my Michael had gotten mixed up with some local boys who were lost on the path of life. After some late night partying with the "lost" boys, Michael was in over his head. While out one night with Max, a new male interest, these boys came over to start trouble. What ended up happening was nothing less than a scene out of night of the living dead. Vampires exploded everywhere leaving blood, guts, and body parts. BionOne Trenton to the rescue! Yah. The owner Mark was friendly and quick to assess the issue. They cleaned everything back to pre night stalker condition. I will mention that's Mark is a bit odd? strange? different? NO weird yes definitely weird!! Thank you again Bio One Trenton and now we know the biggest problem with this town... "Too many Damn Vampires"!

If you or your loved one need a filthy hoarder house cleaned out, then I highly recommend Bio-One of Trenton. Mark and his crew handled the junk removal delicately and respectfully. They carefully recovered valuables, personal items of sentimental value, family photos, diplomas, and such. They attacked some of the dirtiest areas and left them spotless. What impressed me most, though, was their compassion. Each member of the team made it clear that they recognize the difficulties their customers face during a physically and emotionally demanding ordeal. They were able to walk me through the process and made me feel like I had support during the clean out. I hope to never require their services again, but would most definitely contact BioOne of Trenton if I did. Thanks, all.

Excellent job resolving a difficult situation. Quoted work, arrived on time and complete job as promised. Exceeded expectations. Area cleaned was a disaster they left it practically brand new.

I called BioOneTrenton to help me get rid of a house full of garbage and stuff. I liked them right away because the owner answered the phone. With very little notice Mark arranged to meet, provide a quote, schedule his great team and get a 20 yard dumpster delivered during the week we were going to be in town. Mark, Charity and Chelsey, along with Daniel carted tons of stuff down four flights of stairs and filled two dumpsters with garbage and unwanted items in my condo. After emptying the place they did a deep clean so that my kitchen and bathroom were shining and the rugs were cleaned. I now have a kitchen, bathroom, living room and bedroom I can find. I plan on retaining their services again next year to attack a loft, walk-in closet and walk-in attic so I can sell it. I cannot say enough about how great they were and how they didn’t judge me for my “clutter”. We got along fantastically and they actually made a difficult situation fun. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs help getting rid of “clutter “ and their deep cleaning cannot be beat. Really looking forward to working with them again.

This could have gone very bad, had it not been for the concern and genuine care given to detail. Not to mention, an exuberance for the work that "NO ONE " wants to do! Yes, they get paid for it. No, no matter what you were paid, you probably wouldn't do it and secondly; you wouldn't do with the amount of care exhibited by BIO-ONE Trenton. A few before Nd after shots. Mark and the Bio-One team were truly phenomenal to work with. Our reason for working together was one of tragedy and he showed the upmost respect and consideration. Mark was extremely responsive and willing to communicate by text which made the process seamless. I actually reside in CA and worked with Mark on behalf of a friend. He did everything he could to maintain communication with me and minimize any burden to my friend who was grieving. I highly recommend Mark and the Bio-One team for aftermath services. All in all, great communication, tremendous customer service and very fair pricing.
