I called BioOneTrenton to help me get rid of a house full of garbage and stuff. I liked them right away because the owner answered the phone. With very little notice Mark arranged to meet, provide a quote, schedule his great team and get a 20 yard dumpster delivered during the week we were going to be in town. Mark, Charity and Chelsey, along with Daniel carted tons of stuff down four flights of stairs and filled two dumpsters with garbage and unwanted items in my condo. After emptying the place they did a deep clean so that my kitchen and bathroom were shining and the rugs were cleaned. I now have a kitchen, bathroom, living room and bedroom I can find. I plan on retaining their services again next year to attack a loft, walk-in closet and walk-in attic so I can sell it. I cannot say enough about how great they were and how they didn’t judge me for my “clutter”. We got along fantastically and they actually made a difficult situation fun. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs help getting rid of “clutter “ and their deep cleaning cannot be beat. Really looking forward to working with them again.

I just purchased my first home that had a rodent infestation. It was a health hazard, so I called Bio-One of Trenton. Mark was very thorough with his inspection and was able to be flexible with my schedule. They cleaned and sanitized the property top to bottom and ran special air filter machines overnight. The crew came back the next day to sanitize some more. They did a high quality job and I can now move in safely.

My mother is a hoarder. I had to move her out of her home and bring her to an assisted living community in my home state. Being from out of state, I didn't know where or who to turn to. They made it their mission to help me retrieve the memories I had from childhood, as well as all financial documentation I needed to get my mother's estate in order. The found old family albums, death and birth certificates, letters between my parents, and thousands of memories. I will be forever grateful and indebted to Randall, Mark, Charity and others for their professionalism, thoroughness, care and compassion. If you're dealing with a hoarding situation, you need a company that's not just going to throw things out. Anyone can do that. Instead, you need a company like Bio One Trenton, because not only will they fo a 5-star job on the cleanout AND clean up, they will make it their mission to find and preserve the things that are most important in life... memories.
