Mark Bonanni is the owner of the Bio-One of Trenton franchise. He grew up in the Philadelphia region and is the proud father of two daughters. He graduated from the Fox School of Business at Temple University and has two decades of leadership and management experience. Mark runs his business with one goal: to provide excellent, reliable service to the community. He has a strong work ethic and a passion for problem solving and helping others. The absolute best experience my family and I could have possibly had in one of the hardest situations of our lives. Mark promptly answered my call and my families calls. He was so patient and extremely kind. My Aunt has had a terrible issue with hoarding and after 7 years we finally were able to convince her to let someone deal with it. Mark and his Charity were phenomenal in dealing with her and understanding the challenges of dealing with someone who is dealing with a mental health issue. They were very professional and accommodating and supportive during the process and for the most part took care of everything that we were dealing with. I recommend them for any cleaning needs!

Mark and his team helped me with a very difficult situation this past week with my sister who was living in an apartment in squalor and was a hoarder. He was so compassionate and was truly an angel. He came to me the next day with his team and cleaned out her entire apartment and helped me right before a major holiday. I cannot express enough gratitude to him. He is amazing at what he does.
