Ralph and Candy Trenary are the owners of Bio-One of Tulsa. Ralph grew up in the Broken Arrow, Oklahoma area playing both high school and college football. He graduated from Emporia State University with a BS in Business Administration and Marketing. Candy grew up in south Louisiana where she helped out on the family farm growing rice, soy beans and crawfish. She graduated from the University of Southwestern Louisiana with a BS in Management.
Ralph spent over 25 years in sales and management. Candy worked in both the insurance and publishing industry in addition to being a stay home mother to her two sons.
Both Ralph and Candy have enjoyed serving in their local church. They have worked with youth for 9 years.
Ralph and Candy began a new chapter in their lives in 2017 by opening a Bio-One franchise. As past owners of local businesses, Ralph and Candy are dedicated to helping their community. We are grateful and blessed to be a part of the Bio-One Family.

We had contacted Bio one following the death of my mother, and couldn't be happier with the outcome. Ralph's customer service is top of the line, the house was cleaned, carpets ripped, floor painted, house deodorized, and dead animals disposed of for literally thousands less than the quote from Burgraff. On top of all of that they are offering to have some potential buyers come out and help me sell the cleaned house. I have the utmost appreciation for how much easier this company has made my grieving process and would highly recommend anyone in a similar situation to reach out to these guys.

These folks are wonderful! My mom, who lives alone, was very sick and had to be taken to the hospital. She had been sick all day long and the bedroom and bath were a mess. I live in another State, but my sister was able to go with her to the hospital, where they kept her overnight until the virus passed. I wanted to help somehow, so I called Bio-One of Tulsa/BA. They went to her house that same day and cleaned and disinfected everything. She was so relieved to come home to a sparkling clean house. Thank you Bio-One, you guys rock.

Ralph and his team at Bio One made a terrible situation so much more bearable for our family. They did the clean up for the unattended death of my father in law and his dog. I called them at 1AM on a weekday and got a call back within five minuets. They walked us through their entire process and even tried their best to liaise with my father in law's insurance company to make the process easier for us. They got the job done quickly and efficiently. Throughout the entire process they were kind, compassionate, and professional. I truly don't know what we would have done without them! Though I hope to not be in a position to have need of their services again for some time, I would absolutely hire them again in the future. I enthusiastically reccomend them.

My church had a severe problem with pigeon droppings in our attic and upper floors. I contacted Bio-One for an estimate and had them complete the work. Ralph the owner provided the estimate and set up the work the following week. Took a crew of 4 people two days. The crew leader, Jenai, discussed their plans beforehand and was very professional. Both Jenai and her crew had a very good attitude throughout, even though this was a challenging and messy job. They used appropriate PPE and completed the work just as they discussed. I was very happy with the company and crew and would recommend them.
