Mice were able to invade our house due to construction and set up camp in our pantry and garage. While another company provided the initial pest control and sealed off entry points, it was BioOne who truly saved us. It took me a few tries to connect with someone but once I did, they were incredible. They sent their tech out same day and he tackled the clean up (truly the hardest and worst part of our situation) with an extremely thorough disposal and disinfecting of our impacted areas. There was no way I could have done it myself and having the entire pantry and garage cleaned the right way brought a profound sense of relief to a situation that was not very tenable. Would absolutely use them again (I pray I never have to) and I would give them my strongest recommendation. Thank you so much BioOne. Truly.

Recommend highly! We had a violent death in the family on Christmas Eve 2022. We initially called another biohazard clean up service with excellent reviews and their communication and response time were poor and inconsistent, adding more stress to an already horrible situation. We contacted Bio-One and Jermaine and Andre came out the SAME DAY we contacted them, within an hour or two, and started work immediately. They left the ozone machine running overnight so the next day when we returned there was no odor, no trace, nothing to indicate anything had ever happened. Everything was sanitized, all biohazard removed, and smelled like a normal house without chemical smells. We were (are) grieving and traumatized. Jermaine and Andre were so kind and professional. Their service took a load off of our shoulders. I don’t believe in angels but if I did, Jermaine and Andre would qualify. I will forever be grateful for their services when I needed them most.

BioOne service did an awesome job. In the middle of my critical crisis. I had to make a call to a crime cleaner service. BioOne was one of the top three people to contact. Once I made the called. I explained to him what happen. Tony was extremely professional, kind and courteous. I had to call him a few times. Not once did he get irritated with me. Tony explained the process step by step which help me understand more of what was about to take place. A few hours later he showed up with his technician. They both did an excellent job. Bio 247 LLC D/B/A Bio-One DC - 10/2021 - 5 star +++ service and rating! Bio-One is a firm specializing in extreme cleanup services. They helped us deal with a family member’s home that had level 4 hoarding and extreme infestation by cockroaches and some mice. We had initially used another firm that was recommended to us, specializing in trash and junk removal. After they removed some items, they found they were unwilling/unable to complete the job in this hoarding situation. My wife did some research and located Bio-One, a locally owned firm in DC that specializes in hoarding cleanout. We spoke with Tony Holloman, a co-owner at Bio-One DC who conducted a review of the property and recommended what we needed to do. Tony is knowledgeable, very easy to deal with, respectful and understanding with the mental issues driving people to hoarding. We hired Tony and his firm right away and they were able conduct the clean-out and clean-up almost immediately upon our schedule. Tony and his crew and Bio-One clearly are experts in their field, were able to completely clean out, disinfect and fumigate the entire residence and stayed until the job was completed. The work was amazing and the entire house was sparkling clean! The work was professionally conducted, Tony and his team of experts were respectful of the residents and very easy to work with. The results were beyond our expectation – and all done at a fair, reasonable price. Used Bio-One to cleanup rat droppings in my crawlspace. Jermaine was the utmost professional. The work was top notch quality. Definitely highly recommend.

I am giving them 5 stars because a higher rating is not available. They were very quick in their response. It took a crew of 4, Lawrence, Jermain, Wayne and Duane 7 hours to clean a very contaminated and toxic apartment. All of these men were very compassionate in a difficult situation. They listened and offered good advice when I had to make difficult decisions while clearing out a loved one's apartment. Their high standards are not just my opinion. The maintenance manager of this very large apartment building said they use three companies who are very good at what they do, but the crew at Bio-one exceeded the work of them all. Thanks Bio-One!

They did a great job! They gave me fast service and arrived on time, and were very compassionate about what for me was an emotional issue. I needed a cleaning after my cat brought in a baby rat that took me about 6 weeks to get rid of. It had made a stinking mess in my kitchen in in accessible areas I couldn't clean properly, and I felt I couldn't sanitize any part of my kitchen properly or get out the stench using normal products and techniques. They were able to make my kitchen clean and safe, and get out about 90% of the stench, which has continued to fade since then, and may be gone now. I am so grateful.

Bio-One was wonderful! From Tony answering the phone after 6 PM on a Friday night, to then calling me 45 minutes later to let me know I had an appointment at 10 AM the next day. I truly appreciate his customer service, friendliness, and willingness to help me out in a time of need! Both Jermaine and Dewayne were fabulous! They arrived earlier then the appointment time and walked me through the whole process. They insured me that all of the chemicals and processes they would use were not only safe for humans but for pets. I truly appreciate their timeliness to this matter. I highly recommend and trust the services of Bio-One and would use them again in a heartbeat for any hazardous related issues!
