My 76 year old neighbor who is hard of hearing and a hoarder, needed major help with his apartment. He is a serious horder with his belongings stacked all throughout his apartment. In a very short time, Bio-One DC made an assessment and scheduled a quick appointment that day. Jermaine and his crew of three additional men carefully and diligently worked my neighbor in a kind, compassionate and respectful manner to honor his wishes about his belongings, while they packed up his belongings and santized his apartment to put it in an orderly fashion. The team at Bio-One is top-notch. I closed on a property and needed to have to have it cleared before I could start renovations. I called Bio-One and specified what I needed and told them of my timeline—I needed to get my team in the house fast. I’m hey explained their process and was able to accommodate my short timeline. The house looked so different with all the filth the removed. I was surprised after the work was completed because I was able to save. The flooring in two rooms. Professionalism from start to finish. Let’s start with the fact, they answered the phone promptly and politely on a Sunday afternoon. Within 15 minutes of sending photos of the affected area a technician was dispatched to my location and arrived within the hour. WOW! As you can see from the photo, the affected area was treated with detail and care. 10/10 would recommend!

Lawrence and Jermaine were awesome! They were on time and handled everything with care! They were extremely friendly and professional! They were called to clean rodent feces out my storage unit due to an infestation at the facility which they handled with ease. I would use them again but let’s hope I do not have to :-)

Bio-One DC was very responsive to my request and questions. They not only confirmed they could handle removing all the empty boxes and other things that had piled up in an apartment during the pandemic, but could do some deep cleaning too. They offered a work date for the next day, but since it was during the weekend and was sooner than I could accommodate, they schedule it when it was convenient for me. There was excellent communication before and during the work. Jermaine, Larnell, and River were very kind about the situation and very helpful in getting the job done quickly. Thank you. Me and another family member hired bio one to do a hazardous cleaning and I called them yesterday and they did the cleaning four hours later the same day. Everyone I spoke to was so nice and accommodating. Two guys came out after two hours of driving to clean a house And did such an amazing job. It only took them an hour and a half, and it would’ve taken me all day to do this if I had to do it myself. The two guys that came out were extremely nice, and even asked me how my holiday was. The cleaning exceeded my expectations. Definitely would hire again. Thank you to everyone at bio one for helping get this job done and being so awesome.
