I called Bio-One DC and they were able to send someone the next day to clean up my storage room. The technician called ahead to make sure I was aware when she would come. The technician did a great job cleaning the room. She spent time checking all the areas in the room. At the end, she also gave me some tips on avoiding the problem in the future.

I contacted Bio one DC to come clean my elderly father’s house due to an infestation of mice. I first met with Tony. He is very personable and professional. Today 5/12/22, Lawrence & Jermain came to do the job. They arrived at the designated time. They were fantastic! Very professional. They did an absolutely phenomenal job. They even did the dishes. Mice were able to invade our house due to construction and set up camp in our pantry and garage. While another company provided the initial pest control and sealed off entry points, it was BioOne who truly saved us. It took me a few tries to connect with someone but once I did, they were incredible. They sent their tech out same day and he tackled the clean up (truly the hardest and worst part of our situation) with an extremely thorough disposal and disinfecting of our impacted areas. There was no way I could have done it myself and having the entire pantry and garage cleaned the right way brought a profound sense of relief to a situation that was not very tenable. Would absolutely use them again (I pray I never have to) and I would give them my strongest recommendation. Thank you so much BioOne. Truly.

Besides the extraordinary customer service and professionalism, I am most grateful for Jermaine’s and Tony’s sympathetic manner. The entire Bio-One team went above and beyond to support our condominium community while managing an outrageous hoarding clean-out. Jermaine was in regular contact me and showed tremendous patience with the hovering mother still processing the horrific contaminated scene. Jermaine made two courtesy visits to accommodate the mother’s need to go through items and move heavy objects. Jermaine provided extra disinfectant, treated the area with an anti-COVID product and left an air purifier overnight to appease my smell sensitivity - all free of charge! I received 3 bids and Tony’s estimate was a significantly better value. I hope the universe responds in kind to their generosity - I HEART BIO-ONE!

BioOne came out quickly and did an excellent job cleaning a bedroom of rodent droppings. Jermaine was so professional. Cleaning was done quickly and very throughly. And he used professional-grade fogger at end too. Now it smells so fresh. I’m a highly satisfied customer. And so relieved that it’s safe to use that room again. They did a great job! They gave me fast service and arrived on time, and were very compassionate about what for me was an emotional issue. I needed a cleaning after my cat brought in a baby rat that took me about 6 weeks to get rid of. It had made a stinking mess in my kitchen in in accessible areas I couldn't clean properly, and I felt I couldn't sanitize any part of my kitchen properly or get out the stench using normal products and techniques. They were able to make my kitchen clean and safe, and get out about 90% of the stench, which has continued to fade since then, and may be gone now. I am so grateful.
