Bio One DC is THE ONLY biohazard cleanup company I will use for the rest of my career. I manage a condominium and needed biohazard cleanup in three of the units within the building. Tony answered the call immediately, answered all my questions, turned around the estimate in less than 24 hours, and finished the cleaning within 48 hours of the initial call. Jermaine, one of the crew leaders was so nice, pleasant, respectful, and DID AN AMAZING JOB. I will only be calling Bio One DC. I can’t express how satisfied I am with the job. Appt was made quickly by Tony. The job, itself took no more than a couple of hours (morning appt) ending around noon. Jeremy did a fantastic thorough job. The job was not nearly challenging as I thought. Thanks again Bio-One. You’re the one to call!

When I found dead mice and mouse droppings in my garage, I had no idea who to call or where to begin to clean it up. Tony was incredibly helpful when he came by to take a look. His team came a couple of days later and carefully disinfected my boxes and moved them into a storage unit. They did a thorough cleaning of my garage all within a day. I highly recommend these folks for those jobs that you can't just hire a maid service for.

Finally got rid of the cat urine smell after we tried several different things, so happy we don't have to deal with it anymore. Thank you bio-one!

When someone you love dies, and you’ve been living out of state and didn’t realize their living circumstances, it can be so overwhelming. When I tell you this Bio-One team saved the day, I meant it. They saved my sanity! Making a call like this is so hard - you’re grieving, you’re maybe feeling guilty, or worried about judgement - but they are the BEST at reassuring you and taking the best possible care of the situation. They handle everything with respect and genuine kindness. My aunt’s house will still be an investor only type of home sale, but now I feel confident that I can send my real estate agent and potential investors in safely. And, most assuring of all, they took great care with setting aside photos, important papers, IDs, and credit cards! I don’t throw around the term blessing carelessly, so believe me when I say Bio-One is a true blessing, and I am grateful!

With COVID-19 and increased rat presence, while we do have a rodent control contractor, but the rats became relentless with waste all over our patio Bio One was very responsive, coming in less than 24 hours and extremely thorough, cleaning the waste and disinfecting everything from the patio tiles, artificial grass, patio furniture and more. It now smells super clean and actually gave our patio a spring cleaning! Haha. Thank you! Highly recommend.

Bio-One was wonderful! From Tony answering the phone after 6 PM on a Friday night, to then calling me 45 minutes later to let me know I had an appointment at 10 AM the next day. I truly appreciate his customer service, friendliness, and willingness to help me out in a time of need! Both Jermaine and Dewayne were fabulous! They arrived earlier then the appointment time and walked me through the whole process. They insured me that all of the chemicals and processes they would use were not only safe for humans but for pets. I truly appreciate their timeliness to this matter. I highly recommend and trust the services of Bio-One and would use them again in a heartbeat for any hazardous related issues!

I called Bio-One on a Sunday to inquire about having a bathroom that had extensive sewage contamination from a toilet backup that was discovered weeks later. Tony was extremely responsive and professional assuring me that Bio-One could handle the job. Tony was even willing to try and schedule the job the same day, however I ended up opting to schedule the appointment on a subsequent day. Tony called me the next day on Monday to see if I was able to have the job done later that day. I agreed. Tony promptly confirmed the name of the technician and his time of arrival. Jermaine, the technician was prompt, professional and his work was thorough. He came in and tackled the job working diligently until the affected areas were thoroughly cleaned and disinfected. While I hope I won’t need this kind of service again, Bio-One is without questions a top notch operation when it comes to hazardous clean up. Five stars for Bio-One.
