My 76 year old neighbor who is hard of hearing and a hoarder, needed major help with his apartment. He is a serious horder with his belongings stacked all throughout his apartment. In a very short time, Bio-One DC made an assessment and scheduled a quick appointment that day. Jermaine and his crew of three additional men carefully and diligently worked my neighbor in a kind, compassionate and respectful manner to honor his wishes about his belongings, while they packed up his belongings and santized his apartment to put it in an orderly fashion. Lawrence and his team (Jermaine and Rivers) were exceptional. I honestly would give them 10 stars if I could. Booking was effortless, they were on time and ready to get to work. They were extremely respectful and very, very mindful of my home. They are informative, professional, and went the extra mile to ensure I was satisfied with the work done and that I was once again comfortable in my home (mice droppings-yuck!). I hope I never have the need to, but I would call them again in a minute if needed.

I can’t begin to express my gratitude to Tony and the Bio-One DC team. I came to DC to begin the process of handling my late Uncle’s estate and belongings. I was more than a little overwhelmed at the condition of his apartment and the sheer volume of “stuff” it held. I called Tony on Friday night and he had a crew meet me Saturday morning. Lawrence and Jermaine were incredible! They were friendly, compassionate and more than prepared to handle the task at hand. I’m still amazed at the difference after they spent the better part of their Saturday (6 hours) tackling the chaos. They were incredibly efficient and did an amazing job. I contacted Bio one DC to come clean my elderly father’s house due to an infestation of mice. I first met with Tony. He is very personable and professional. Today 5/12/22, Lawrence & Jermain came to do the job. They arrived at the designated time. They were fantastic! Very professional. They did an absolutely phenomenal job. They even did the dishes. They cleaned and moved furniture. I am very satisfied and thrilled that they came and took care of the house. I absolutely recommend Bio One DC.

When someone you love dies, and you’ve been living out of state and didn’t realize their living circumstances, it can be so overwhelming. When I tell you this Bio-One team saved the day, I meant it. They saved my sanity! Making a call like this is so hard - you’re grieving, you’re maybe feeling guilty, or worried about judgement - but they are the BEST at reassuring you and taking the best possible care of the situation. BioOne service did an awesome job. In the middle of my critical crisis. I had to make a call to a crime cleaner service. BioOne was one of the top three people to contact. Once I made the called. I explained to him what happen. Tony was extremely professional, kind and courteous. I had to call him a few times. Not once did he get irritated with me. Tony explained the process step by step which help me understand more of what was about to take place. A few hours later he showed up with his technician. They both did an excellent job. Tony and the Bio-One of DC team are simply the best. Shoutout to Jermaine, DeAndre, and company. Under duress, I contacted Tony in the morning and he got my job scheduled for that very afternoon! Over the winter, the basement of the property was overrun with rodents. I had no idea who to call but after some googling, discovered Bio-One's stellar reviews.
