Lawrence and his team (Jermaine and Rivers) were exceptional. I honestly would give them 10 stars if I could. Booking was effortless, they were on time and ready to get to work. They were extremely respectful and very, very mindful of my home. They are informative, professional, and went the extra mile to ensure I was satisfied with the work done and that I was once again comfortable in my home (mice droppings-yuck!). Today 5/12/22, Lawrence & Jermain came to do the job. They arrived at the designated time. They were fantastic! Very professional. They did an absolutely phenomenal job. They even did the dishes. Bio-One did an excellent job cleaning up my in-laws apartment after a death. They are very Nic people who helped the family at a difficult time when they didn't know where to turn. The in-laws had been hoarding and hiding it from us - we couldn't even move in the unit. Bio-One cleaned out all the trash and disinfected so that we could have an estate sale for the rest. The customer should be sure to take before and after photos of the affected areas if you plan to file an insurance claim as your insurance company will want a full explanation of what was done.
