Tony, you did great setting this up on a near-emergency basis, and the job was successfully completed in one day as promised. Don't know if you know, but the crew didn't finish until 9:20 pm--a very, very long day. I want to take this moment to sing praises of Revis and his crew. Revis was an absolute monster to get the job done to my satisfaction, asking me over and over in the evening if the cleanup met my expectations. It did, and then some. Also, he was instrumental in helping me find various objects and boxes buried in the pile of debris in the rooms, setting them aside for me to examine. I asked him to do this, not expecting much success, but he was very thorough in setting things aside for me. Can't say enough good things about him, and his crew!

BioOne service did an awesome job. In the middle of my critical crisis. I had to make a call to a crime cleaner service. BioOne was one of the top three people to contact. Once I made the called. I explained to him what happen. Tony was extremely professional, kind and courteous. I had to call him a few times. Not once did he get irritated with me. Tony explained the process step by step which help me understand more of what was about to take place. A few hours later he showed up with his technician. They both did an excellent job. This company specializes in hazardous waste clean up provides great service 24 hours a day 365 days a year. They are very compassionate about the needs of their customers and remains flexible to ensure the quality of work is a pure reflection of their core values.
