Besides the extraordinary customer service and professionalism, I am most grateful for Jermaine’s and Tony’s sympathetic manner. The entire Bio-One team went above and beyond to support our condominium community while managing an outrageous hoarding clean-out. Jermaine was in regular contact me and showed tremendous patience with the hovering mother still processing the horrific contaminated scene. Jermaine made two courtesy visits to accommodate the mother’s need to go through items and move heavy objects. Jermaine provided extra disinfectant, treated the area with an anti-COVID product and left an air purifier overnight to appease my smell sensitivity - all free of charge! I received 3 bids and Tony’s estimate was a significantly better value. I hope the universe responds in kind to their generosity - I HEART BIO-ONE!

We recently needed to clear and clean a condo that had been subjected to a couple of decades' worth of clutter and neglect. In order to accommodate the occupant, we needed to be able to break the task down into two or more sessions rather than address it all at once. After vetting multiple companies we hired BioOne. Tony, the owner, worked with us on a plan and estimate that allowed us to efficiently tackle the worst issues in two full days. The crew--Chad, Jermaine, Quinn, and Mason--worked hard and accomplished a great deal in terms of removal, grouping remaining items, and initial cleaning. When we mentioned to Tony that some of the planned deep cleaning had not been completed due to time constraints, he arranged to send a cleaning crew out on Day 3. Shannon and LaKeisha did excellent work and left the place in a condition that exceeded our expectations. We're very happy with the services we received from BioOne and felt they were professional, responsive, efficient, and frankly delivered a better value than other companies we priced for the job. We would recommend them to anyone in the DMV who needs to address a severely cluttered property.

The team was on time, smart, caring, compassionate, efficient, experts at cleaning and disinfecting everything. I had become a hoarder and three months severe back pain prevented me from keeping my place up. It was awful but I felt no shame with the way they handled things. They restored my apartment to being spotless and clean for a healthy living environment as I recover from my spinal fusion surgery. They even found my missing Apple Pencil. I have a new life thanks to them. I cannot recommend them more.

I called Bio-One on a Sunday to inquire about having a bathroom that had extensive sewage contamination from a toilet backup that was discovered weeks later. Tony was extremely responsive and professional assuring me that Bio-One could handle the job. Tony was even willing to try and schedule the job the same day, however I ended up opting to schedule the appointment on a subsequent day. Tony called me the next day on Monday to see if I was able to have the job done later that day. I agreed. Tony promptly confirmed the name of the technician and his time of arrival. Jermaine, the technician was prompt, professional and his work was thorough. He came in and tackled the job working diligently until the affected areas were thoroughly cleaned and disinfected. While I hope I won’t need this kind of service again, Bio-One is without questions a top notch operation when it comes to hazardous clean up. Five stars for Bio-One.

Not from Washington DC I was overwhelm and needed help badly.. They came to help when they had a full schedule.. They cleaned, disinfected, disposed of anything that was of no use.. I recommend them for the outstanding job that they did on my Aunt’s House..

BioOne came out quickly and did an excellent job cleaning a bedroom of rodent droppings. Jermaine was so professional. Cleaning was done quickly and very throughly. And he used professional-grade fogger at end too. Now it smells so fresh. I’m a highly satisfied customer. And so relieved that it’s safe to use that room again. Thanks BioOne and our thanks to Tony and Jermaine!!

I am giving them 5 stars because a higher rating is not available. They were very quick in their response. It took a crew of 4, Lawrence, Jermain, Wayne and Duane 7 hours to clean a very contaminated and toxic apartment. All of these men were very compassionate in a difficult situation. They listened and offered good advice when I had to make difficult decisions while clearing out a loved one's apartment. Their high standards are not just my opinion. The maintenance manager of this very large apartment building said they use three companies who are very good at what they do, but the crew at Bio-one exceeded the work of them all. Thanks Bio-One!

BioOne service did an awesome job. In the middle of my critical crisis. I had to make a call to a crime cleaner service. BioOne was one of the top three people to contact. Once I made the called. I explained to him what happen. Tony was extremely professional, kind and courteous. I had to call him a few times. Not once did he get irritated with me. Tony explained the process step by step which help me understand more of what was about to take place. A few hours later he showed up with his technician. They both did an excellent job. I highly recommend BioOne services for all your professional needs.

WOW! Dan, Oscar and Toby showed up at my house 2 hours after my phone call to Ryan. I was impressed already. These extremely polite and friendly men showed up and within 2 hours had all the carpet torn out, the wall board cut away and the sewage backup cleaned up, cleared out, deodorized and sanitized. They explained everything they did as they were doing it in the most professional, friendly and polite way imaginable. They were constantly concerned about my safety and well-being. They treated me like family! I've never had better service in my life and I thank each and every one of you for helping me so quickly and so thoroughly. I am singing your praises to anyone who will listen 🤩 Thank you, thank you, thank you. You took a horrible situation (sewage pouring through a wall into my living room carpet)and made it better. I can’t begin to express my gratitude to Tony and the Bio-One DC team. I came to DC to begin the process of handling my late Uncle’s estate and belongings. I was more than a little overwhelmed at the condition of his apartment and the sheer volume of “stuff” it held. I called Tony on Friday night and he had a crew meet me Saturday morning. Lawrence and Jermaine were incredible! They were friendly, compassionate and more than prepared to handle the task at hand. I’m still amazed at the difference after they spent the better part of their Saturday (6 hours) tackling the chaos. They were incredibly efficient and did an amazing job. I highly recommend Tony and team.
