The team, with Jermaine as our point of contact, was able to help our building with a sensitive and often surprising situation. They rolled with the changes that came up and delivered professional and attentive service, keeping us up to date on the day to day operations and being willing to work through tricky scenarios. We recently needed to clear and clean a condo that had been subjected to a couple of decades' worth of clutter and neglect. In order to accommodate the occupant, we needed to be able to break the task down into two or more sessions rather than address it all at once. After vetting multiple companies we hired BioOne. Tony, the owner, worked with us on a plan and estimate that allowed us to efficiently tackle the worst issues in two full days. The crew--Chad, Jermaine, Quinn, and Mason--worked hard and accomplished a great deal in terms of removal, grouping remaining items, and initial cleaning. When we mentioned to Tony that some of the planned deep cleaning had not been completed due to time constraints, he arranged to send a cleaning crew out on Day 3. Shannon and LaKeisha did excellent work and left the place in a condition that exceeded our expectations. We're very happy with the services we received from BioOne and felt they were professional, responsive, efficient, and frankly delivered a better value than other companies we priced for the job. We would recommend them to anyone in the DMV who needs to address a severely cluttered property.

We recently moved into our new home and found mice in the garage. I called a pest control company and then looked up a company who could decontaminate under the garage shelving. Bio One quickly responded to my inquiry and coordinated a time to come out once we got the all clear from the pest control rep. They provided prompt, professional service and now I can use my garage without feeling queasy. I would highly recommend them if you need a space professionally decontaminated.

Recommend highly! We had a violent death in the family on Christmas Eve 2022. We initially called another biohazard clean up service with excellent reviews and their communication and response time were poor and inconsistent, adding more stress to an already horrible situation. We contacted Bio-One and Jermaine and Andre came out the SAME DAY we contacted them, within an hour or two, and started work immediately. They left the ozone machine running overnight so the next day when we returned there was no odor, no trace, nothing to indicate anything had ever happened. Everything was sanitized, all biohazard removed, and smelled like a normal house without chemical smells. We were (are) grieving and traumatized. Jermaine and Andre were so kind and professional. Their service took a load off of our shoulders. I don’t believe in angels but if I did, Jermaine and Andre would qualify. I will forever be grateful for their services when I needed them most.

Lawrence and his team (Jermaine and Rivers) were exceptional. I honestly would give them 10 stars if I could. Booking was effortless, they were on time and ready to get to work. They were extremely respectful and very, very mindful of my home. They are informative, professional, and went the extra mile to ensure I was satisfied with the work done and that I was once again comfortable in my home (mice droppings-yuck!). I hope I never have the need to, but I would call them again in a minute if needed.

BioOne came out quickly and did an excellent job cleaning a bedroom of rodent droppings. Jermaine was so professional. Cleaning was done quickly and very throughly. And he used professional-grade fogger at end too. Now it smells so fresh. I’m a highly satisfied customer. And so relieved that it’s safe to use that room again.
