I struggle for words when trying to explain how amazing my experience with Bio-One has been. Between anxiety, ADHD, and multiple traumas, the least of which included COVID, my place got completely out of hand and overwhelming. From the initial estimate meeting with GM Brian to the actual day of with Easton, Tim, and Nicole (and Brian even rearranged his schedule to make sure he could stop by for a period of time too!) the whole experience has been wonderful. They helped me remove junk that overtook my space, and I will also be working with them to do a deep clean to completely restore my home back to normal. The whole team was caring and supportive, and throughout the day, we had enjoyable conversations that helped make a situation that I felt very shameful about feel so much less awkward. They made sure to check with me about potentially special items before getting rid of them too, which meant the world to me. I can't speak highly enough about their professionalism and kindness.
