I can’t not say enough about bio-one and what an incredible job they did cleaning up my mothers home after she had had a very unfortunate fall that required extensive cleanup. I can not speak highly enough of the work that was completed. I had to hire them as unfortunately a family member ended up willing a condo that needed beyond cleaning and required a decontamination. It was apparent that the family member gave up and had the obvious hording situation and also issues with animals which was a big big problem. After numerous issues with a rude and obnoxious neighbor, having to change plans and use a different set of stairs and also working in a condo that had no a/c while it was extremely hot and muggy, they managed to clean the place out and get rid of all the horrible smell from the left overs of unattended animals. Which was more impressive was through all of these issues they were more than gracious and understanding of my personal situation as well as giving top notch customer service. They even helped check the hvac unit for a leak which was clearly not part of their expertise. I can not say enough how awesome they are and highly recommend these guys if extreme situations require junk removal and decontamination.
