Jamie Trasciatti

Owners

Jamie Trasciatti is the owner of Bio-One West Michigan. Jamie grew up outside of Detroit and moved to West Michigan in the summer of 1997. He was an over the road truck driver for 12 years until he decided he needed to do something different. Being gone all the time, he wanted to find something fulfilling where he could be home with his family and still make a good living. So Jamie purchased his franchise in February 2016 and has been helping others in need since then. While not working his business, Jamie and his wife Mandy volunteer with their county Sheriffs Department Victim Services Unit. They have 3 daughters, Adriana, Skyler and Alexis.

My home was completely trashed, Bio- One came over gave me an estimate, treated me very well, they are very supportive and helping. They came on the agreed date and made my home liveable again for the estimated price. They are up frount about everything and absolutely no surprises. I would trust them in my home anytime. They started at 8:00 am and didn't stop until they were done. I am very happy with the job they did.

After our Mom passed we went to her home to look for insurance papers and other items. After not being back at home for many years, my sister and I were shocked with the trash stacked up in her home. It was floor to ceiling in every room. My sister and I live out of state and knew we couldn't take care of this ourselves. We called multiple companies to get estimates and even though Bio-One's estimate was a few dollars more than the rest, we decided it was worth it because of how compassionate and caring Jamie is. We never got that feeling from the other companies. It took them four and a half days to complete the job and once they were done it was a weight lifted of our families shoulders. Called them from out of state and that was the one and only phone call I had to make. They showed up did their business (in a timely manner I might add) and left. They cleaned what they were supposed to plus all of the snow and traffic mess from the goings and comings in the house. George was great and they did a great job and were very professional.
