Call Bio-One of Winston-Salem anytime for real help—right when you need it.
We start with compassion from the first phone call. People choose Bio-One of Winston-Salem because we support families through the entire process—emotionally and practically.
In situations where others might judge or rush, we stay with them all the way through. That’s the kind of care you can count on.
It’s not just about getting the job done—it’s about how we show up. We bring calm to chaos, help people feel heard, and stay by their side until they’re ready to move forward.
You’re going to trust us—and we’ll earn that trust every step of the way.
This isn't just a business—it's our calling. After years in corporate America, we wanted to do something geared toward helping people. We take pride in showing up for you in a caring and private manner. Bio-One of Winston-Salem became the place where we could make a difference in our own community.
We truly found home with Bio-One. Now we lead a crime scene cleanup team that shows up with compassion, privacy, and purpose—every single time.
We both agreed that we wanted to start something geared toward helping people navigate this emotionally taxing process.
After decades in corporate America, we knew we were ready for something different—something that mattered. Corporate America was a job. This is a passion. When we discovered Bio-One, it checked every box. It wasn’t a household service. It was something people truly needed—yet most folks wouldn’t even know who to call.
We truly found a home with Bio-One when we discovered this business. It gives us the chance to do something meaningful for others every single day. And for me (Nadine), it connects deeply to a dream I had as a young girl—to be a first responder. This work allows us to step in during some of life’s most challenging moments and bring calm, clarity, and care.
You’ll be greeted with compassion, discretion, and a caring heart—every call we take starts with listening. Sometimes people just need to cry or let it out—and that’s okay. Sometimes it starts with just listening first. We understand that reaching out isn’t easy.
Once we know your situation, we will walk you through what to expect. We’ll schedule a walkthrough if needed, explain the cleanup process, and discuss your options, including insurance if applicable.
You’ll never be pushed. You’ll never be judged. You’ll know exactly what we’ll do and when. We’ll be in constant contact with you throughout the process.
And if you need to slow down or take a breath at any point, we’ll support you too.
We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of your information. Your situation is yours alone. That’s why we take every step to ensure discretion. We never discuss our services with neighbors or anyone else, not even about what we’re doing.
We arrive in an unmarked vehicle, and we never post anything online. Our entire team understands this commitment. You will never see your situation used in marketing or social media. That’s not what we’re about.
It’s the part of the job where the help first really comes out. Discretion isn’t just about privacy. It’s about dignity. And especially in emotional or high-sensitivity situations, we take that seriously.
We want you to feel comfortable, every step of the way. And you can trust that what happens between you and Bio-One stays between you and Bio-One.
We had a scene that was severely hoarded, with items piled to the ceiling in every single room. And underneath it all, there had also been an undiscovered death. It was heartbreaking. The family didn’t know who to call, and they were in a state of distress.
It was our biggest job ever. It took us three weeks, about 17 or 18 dumpsters. But what mattered more was how we showed up. We supported the son and the rest of the family throughout their ordeal.
We just went in and started working. When it was all said and done, the impact we had on the family was immense. They were so thankful—not just for the cleanup, but for the comfort.
That’s why we do this. We’re here to provide people with comfort and guidance on what to do next.
We prepare a plan with the family so that everybody is on the same page. Then we follow through—step by step. The job’s not done until we’ve walked through the space with you, ensured everything is complete, and answered any last questions.
We conduct walkthroughs and satisfaction surveys and we make sure everybody’s happy. And if something’s not right, we fix it. It’s that simple. We’ll come back out, address any concerns, and stay until you’re confident that the job is truly done.
We know this isn’t just a service—it’s your space and your peace of mind.
Our team is experienced, compassionate, and here to support you through something serious, without judgment. From the first call to the final walkthrough, you’ll be treated with care, calmness, and clarity.
We’re not just trained—we’re thoughtful. We work with families every day through difficult moments, and we’re proud to be the ones they trust.
Technicians are trained to meet OSHA standards.
We take time to walk you through what to expect.
Always discreet, always respectful.
