My brother passed away suddenly in his bed 5 to 10 days before he was discovered and we live out of state. We tried to contact the other guys but they never answered the phone or returned a message. So we called Bio One. Nicole answered on a Sunday and then worked their schedule to meet our arrival in Santa Fe. Bio one was very helpful given the distress we felt. Because of the order Bio One brought in some major ozone devices to run at night so that we could work on clearing the house out during the day. Bio One submitted the paper work to the insurance company for us. We found Bio One to be accomadting and sensitive to our challenge and would recommend using them. Dave Nicholas
