CALL them, do not hesitate. The team is respectful and will follow your requests. I had a deep cleaning performed by Bio One because I have been unable to physically do it myself. I have to say, my kitchen floor was not this immaculate when I moved in. The crew moves quickly and efficiently. Bio One does their best to help you as best they can.
