Hi, we’re Joseph and Robert Petit-Clair and we’re the father and son owners of Bio-One of Allentown.
My son and I wanted to get involved with a business where we would be able to help people and provide an increasingly necessary service to our area of Pennsylvania. With Bio-One, we’re excited to be able to help serve people when they’re in difficult and emotional situations.
We have been through Bio-One's extensive BOTS training program specializing in Biohazard Cleanup and Hoarding Cleanup. My 25 years of teaching have taught me how to work with people effectively and I have learned that communication is vital to the success of any business. My background in property management will allow me to assess the situation quickly and make good decisions on how to proceed with each client.
With our combined life experiences and training, we’ll work hard and effectively so that you will be completely satisfied with the results of our expertise.
I can't say enough about this company, during a stressful time they came in and took a huge load off our shoulders. We had to put my mother in a home and we needed her house cleaned pretty quickly. I contacted Joe from Bio-One of Allentown and I can't tell you how satisfied and happy I am with the services he and his crew provided. I am moving into a second-floor apartment covered in carpet, where a smoker used to live. The cupboards, carpets, walls, and ceilings smelled of that disgusting old cigarette smell! The walls were even yellow! Not only did his crew come in and clean the entire place and left it in IMMACULATE condition when done, they even offered to haul out all of the extra items that were left in the apartment such as a bed, bureau, mirror - they even offered to take away the garbage that was left outside of the apartment. When I walked into the apartment afterwards, there was a clean scent in the apartment. You could tell that they worked hard at making sure the entire place was clean and removed any left-over tar that was on the walls, cupboards, carpets and wherever else tar could stick on. I am BEYOND happy with their service and HIGHLY recommend them to anyone needing a professional cleaning crew who will thoroughly clean every nook and cranny of your place. Joe was beyond professional and always responded to every one of my calls and texts. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! If I could give them a 10 star, I would!
