Allentown Hoarding Feces / Urine Cleanup

I would give 10 stars if I could! If you need these services, call this company! My sister passed away unexpectedly, and cleaning out her apartment necessitated excavating an extreme hoarding situation. I felt overwhelmed and knew I needed professional help. I emailed Bio-One for an estimate at 10pm and Joe got back to me immediately. We met at the apartment the very next morning on a Friday and they started the job on Monday. 48 hours later, the apartment was spotless. Joe and the team did everything. They recovered and set aside items of value like jewelry, photos, personal effects, my late father’s watch, and even the title to my sister’s car! (truly a needle in a haystack). They removed over 2600 pounds of trash and junk (including heavy unwanted furniture) from a 12th floor apartment in an old building with a single rickety elevator. Joe and team also arranged to donate salvagable items we didn’t want to a charity supporting veterans. Throughout the process, the communication was excellent, and Joe was very compassionate, kind, and professional. I also thought the price was fair and reasonable considering the scope of the project and related logistics. Thanks, Joe and Bio-One!

I contacted Joe from Bio-One of Allentown and I can't tell you how satisfied and happy I am with the services he and his crew provided. I am moving into a second-floor apartment covered in carpet, where a smoker used to live. The cupboards, carpets, walls, and ceilings smelled of that disgusting old cigarette smell! The walls were even yellow! Not only did his crew come in and clean the entire place and left it in IMMACULATE condition when done, they even offered to haul out all of the extra items that were left in the apartment such as a bed, bureau, mirror - they even offered to take away the garbage that was left outside of the apartment. When I walked into the apartment afterwards, there was a clean scent in the apartment. You could tell that they worked hard at making sure the entire place was clean and removed any left-over tar that was on the walls, cupboards, carpets and wherever else tar could stick on. I am BEYOND happy with their service and HIGHLY recommend them to anyone needing a professional cleaning crew who will thoroughly clean every nook and cranny of your place. Joe was beyond professional and always responded to every one of my calls and texts. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! If I could give them a 10 star, I would!

Joe and Rob were top notch professionals. They did excellent work and were very neat and careful about not getting near walls or damaging any interior things. They cleaned up so well after they were finished you couldn’t even tell they were there. I highly recommend them for any project you need to have done.

I can't say enough about this company, during a stressful time they came in and took a huge load off our shoulders. We had to put my mother in a home and we needed her house cleaned pretty quickly. The job they did in 3.5 days is incredible.They were quick, thorough, compassionate and responsive. I highly recommend them for any type of clean up to situation you may need. Fast response and excellent service

Contacted Bio-One for a cleanup in a tenant's apartment after his death. Joe and Nate responded and worked on the problem. They arrived on time, kept us informed every step of the way and upon completion left the area neat and clean. We are extremely happy with the work performed and can highly recommend this company.
