I used Bio-One to remove several items from my apartment. I didn't realize how easy the process was going to be. After sending pics of what needed to be taken, Bio-One was able to give me a price within five minutes. Other companies would only give me prices if they came to the property to see the items. I was even surprised when Bio-One offered to take the items the same day. When they showed up, they were courteous, professional, and meticulous throughout the process. We hired Bio-One for a rental property my mother had. The carpets were soaked in dog urine, there was junk left in every room of the house, and the house was extremely dirty. We thought we were going to have to replace the flooring and it would take weeks to clean. Bio-One ripped out the carpeting, deep cleaned the floors, and sealed them so they didn't have to be replaced. There is absolutely no smell left!!! They also disposed of all the junk, all the flooring, and deep cleaned the entire house. They did this all in three days! The staff was friendly and easy to work with. I would highly recommend them! 1000% SATISFIED! I called and they came in less than 24 hours! Everyone was so courteous and the service is discreet! They removed everything plus the flooring within 2.5 hours!!! I've never seen a crew work so hard, so fast, and be as extremely nice as they were. In hard times they knew exactly what to do and how to handle the situation!!! I contacted Joe from Bio-One of Allentown and I can't tell you how satisfied and happy I am with the services he and his crew provided. I am moving into a second-floor apartment covered in carpet, where a smoker used to live. The cupboards, carpets, walls, and ceilings smelled of that disgusting old cigarette smell! The walls were even yellow! Not only did his crew come in and clean the entire place and left it in IMMACULATE condition when done, they even offered to haul out all of the extra items that were left in the apartment such as a bed, bureau, mirror - they even offered to take away the garbage that was left outside of the apartment. When I walked into the apartment afterwards, there was a clean scent in the apartment. You could tell that they worked hard at making sure the entire place was clean and removed any left-over tar that was on the walls, cupboards, carpets and wherever else tar could stick on. I am BEYOND happy with their service and HIGHLY recommend them to anyone needing a professional cleaning crew who will thoroughly clean every nook and cranny of your place. Joe was beyond professional and always responded to every one of my calls and texts. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! If I could give them a 10 star, I would!

I had a incident, that I needed a clean up team. I use local business when I can. I called Bio- One, they came same day I called, even though it was a Sunday. They were fantastic, through and efficient. Would definitely recommend.
