Thank you for doing what you do Bio-One of Allentown. Your teams expertise, service, attention to detail, and professionalism was beyond my expectation in one of the darkest of times. Losing a loved one is never easy and while I live out of state these guys helped me navigate the unknown waters of cleaning up a family members unattended death scene. They were even able to help locate home owners insurance documents and file a claim on my behalf to help compensate for the services provided. These guys are pros and made what seemed like the end of the world, to me, a seamless process. I highly recommended Bio-One of Allentown for anyone’s biohazard cleanup needs.

We had a rodent infestation in our shed over the winter. The shelving and floor was completely covered in droppings as well as my lawnmower and tools. Bio-One came out and cleaned up the droppings and disinfected every item that was in the shed the same day I called them. Strongly recommend if you need an hazardous cleaning done.

We hired Bio-One for a rental property my mother had. The carpets were soaked in dog urine, there was junk left in every room of the house, and the house was extremely dirty. We thought we were going to have to replace the flooring and it would take weeks to clean. Bio-One ripped out the carpeting, deep cleaned the floors, and sealed them so they didn't have to be replaced. There is absolutely no smell left!!! They also disposed of all the junk, all the flooring, and deep cleaned the entire house. They did this all in three days! The staff was friendly and easy to work with. I would highly recommend them! Professional, efficient and effective!

I can't say enough about this company, during a stressful time they came in and took a huge load off our shoulders. We had to put my mother in a home and we needed her house cleaned pretty quickly. The job they did in 3.5 days is incredible.They were quick, thorough, compassionate and responsive. I highly recommend them for any type of clean up to situation you may need. I could not be more grateful.

Joe and his team have made an incredibly difficult time for my family much, much smoother. They have accommodated all of our needs, their prices are fair, and their communication is top-notch. They are experts at dealing with situations that for most families are among the most tragic or difficult.

Joe answered my call at night when I thought I'd leave a voice mail for a return call the next day! He was immediately on the job and took care of everything necessary. During such a difficult time, he displayed such compassion and just got the job done. I recommend this company to anyone who may need this service. He deserves more than 5 stars! I rarely leave reviews, but Bio-One easily earned a 5 star review. Communication, professionalism, courtesy, work ethic - Joe, Rob, and Nate easily surpassed our expectations in all areas. We will most certainly use them again when needed!
