Thank you for doing what you do Bio-One of Allentown. Your teams expertise, service, attention to detail, and professionalism was beyond my expectation in one of the darkest of times. Losing a loved one is never easy and while I live out of state these guys helped me navigate the unknown waters of cleaning up a family members unattended death scene. They were even able to help locate home owners insurance documents and file a claim on my behalf to help compensate for the services provided. These guys are pros and made what seemed like the end of the world, to me, a seamless process. I highly recommended Bio-One of Allentown for anyone’s biohazard cleanup needs.

Extremely courteous and respectful. Joe showed up on time and did a phenomenal job. He saved our family a huge burden and we can’t thank him enough. Spent hours at our residence working diligently. Joe and Rob were top notch professionals. They did excellent work and were very neat and careful about not getting near walls or damaging any interior things. They cleaned up so well after they were finished you couldn’t even tell they were there. I highly recommend them for any project you need to have done.

While dealing with a family member’s passing is never easy, Joe and the Bio-One of Allentown team has greatly reduced my stress levels during this difficult time. Joe and his team moved quickly when I contacted him and has gone out of his way to help with every aspect of the needed cleanup and removal. Joe even helped connect me with the insurance adjuster to help cover some of the cleanup costs. The cleanup was conducted quickly and completely.
